When I returned the truck it was difficult to find a spot to back in to because the trailers were all in the way and not organized for being returned. Also when I originally got the truck the dolly and furniture pads I rented weren't with the truck. I had to come back for the them.Christopher R.

The virtual check in was a total disaster. The U-Haul Representative came in on a Sunday morning and checked me in. The location is normally closed on Sundays. I believe his name was Tom. He was awesome.Mark B.
Again I was supposed to drop my truck off at the location nearest to my house. 3 hours before my drop off time I was called and notified that I had to drop off at a different location about 5 miles away with no compensation. I requested to pick up my truck rental at a different location. When I went to pick it up they told me I needed to pick it up at a different location. Since that location was much farther away, I ended up paying for 11 miles, instead of the 3-4 miles it would have been.Kimberly J.

The uhaul worker was very rude. He threatened to charge me $20 for a little bit of dirt left in the back of the truck. I cleaned the dirt and he still had a negative attitude. Very unprofessional. Won't be using this uhaul location again.Jeffrey T.

Although the location and shop itself were rather ragged looking, sort of like a bunker in Vietnam, the service and equipment were top notch. I'd recommend them as a quick source. They were well supplied with the self move boxes for transport I might add.KENNETH L.

The van and the local lot was fine but the wait time to get approved was completely unacceptable. I waited 30 minutes, texted the service person with no answers, and called the 1-800 number on the side of the van only to answered by advertisements about insuranceLee M.

Let people know about check in and check out procedures on line ahead of time as not everyone is versed in the internet. Nothing ever mentioned about â€œdolly feeâ€..... used it for a total of 2 minutes once, and paid over $70 for it. If in contract, not obvious and not mentioned....other fees for environmental and safe drive not explained. Nobody was ever at the location despite being there during stated hours for pick up or drop off nor phone calls. Despite booking well ahead of time, no mention of pre work online until a last minute email arrived evening before pick up. Difficult to use, not upfront about all fees....disappointing to say the least.Mike L.

This was a disaster and frustration on a very busy day. The person taking order didn't want to be bothered ane set up the account with name Sally Donna. I had to change info. It took 2 phone calls and 1 hour of waiting to get the car (couldn't get codes in app to work) Drop off was also difficult. Additional phone calls and excessive time. Was told to select don't have an acct. yet option wasn't available. This provider could have set up the account for me, app is not user friendly. This was more than frustrating experience.David K.
