Person was not there when I picked up. I had to leave copy of my DL and credit card. Felt uncomfortable not having any paperwork. When I went to turn it in this am, 3/16/19, person was unable to finalize the rental because he had no paperwork and not the # of the pick up location. I hope I do not get charged extra for this fiasco. Poor service.

She was very helpful in trying to correct mistakes made at pick up and I greatly appreciate that. She took time out her day to come in and assist with the situation. She even had to contact customer service because the pick up location owner would not assist her in the services that were needed by him. I didn’t get her name but I would highly recommend her to others.

The equipment was clean, but not well maintained. They had two trailers, both had not tail lights or marker lights. They only had brake and turn signal lighting. I had been to several locations in town, but no one had a trailer available in this size. The one place that did, could not get to it due to rain and flooding. The girl who handled the transaction, called me after I dropped off the trailer stating I took the trailer with me when I left. I advised her that I did not, she saw the trailer on the lot after I disconnected it from my truck. She even looked at the trailer, so I am not sure why she thought I took it. the only had two trailers on their lot both the same size. I rented one yesterday which left them one. Today I returned mine to the same location, which them gave them two trailers again. I did not understand her phone call. The store is very dirty and not clean. Although UHaul's equipment was very clean. I am not sure who is suppose to maintain the equipment but the trailers need light, tail lights and marker lights. You cannot use them at night. I will continue to use UHaul when needed I wont let this vendor ruin my experience with U Haul.

The location was fine. Although had reserved at another location but they were not open to be able to pick up. This location had what we needed available. But uhaul over charged us for our rental due to not closing out our ticket as it should have been when we returned the truck. The location ensured that everything got taken care of correctly and went above and beyond to make things right.

This was NOT supposed to be my pick up location. When I got to the one I had a confirmed reservation at they did not have my truck. Also, no one was there at the designated time. I honestly can say renting from U-Haul was a nightmare. I was lucky that this other location across town had the right vehicle and was also open on Sunday.

I rented a truck online. I had to go through several pages of locations to find one with a truck in my area. Found it and reserved it. Got a message and email the next morning to pick it up. Arrived and was told the whole town doesn’t have trucks, EVER! Upon further review of the email. It stated the location had changed and that I’d be picking up a moving truck instead.

There was broken glass in the back of the truck which had not been swept out from a previous renter. I cut my hand on it. Also - This truck was rented to me for 29.95 which was done by the customer service agent over the phone. When asked why the total was over $80 i mentioned the fact that there shouldn't be tax which there was and the rental agent fixed that but I also mentioned that the rental was for 29.95 not 39.95 and the rental agent did nothing to fix that. After I received the receipt via email I noticed the discrepancy and called the agent but they refused to do anything about it and told me it was my fault and not theirs.

The self check out process was ok to check out but very cumbersome to check in. I was overcharged by one day in that process.
