Location is an old gas station that is in poor repair, cluttered and attached to ramshackle auto garage. The owner was not there when I arrived at the appointed time. I hooked up everything myself, before the owner's son arrived. Upon return, at 10AM on a Friday, no one was around again. I parked and unhooked the trailer by myself. The then owner arrived and said they would check me in and mail the receipt. I had no problem with the equipment and would use it again, but never this location.

isidora iThe person that rented me the vehicle (Kevin, I believe) actually said, when I handed him my card to pay for the rental, "I hope that doesn't have Joe Biden's name on it..." I looked at him sort of baffled and wondering why, out of the blue he would say that. I just responded "Why would it have the presidents name on my card, that was an odd thing to say?" He responded, "We only take Trump cash around here". I said, "Here's my card, Thanks for your help." It was a very uneasy, out of nowhere comment. I have never spoken about politics with anyone on this planet or had any affiliation with a political party. Never a sticker, t-shirt, hat etc. I am not sure what that was all about, but I will certainly avoid that location for gas or rentals. Business/Politics 100% should be kept separate.

Brian SThere were multiple roaches after parking truck and parking lot was dark. when leaving we had to call multiple times because first the drop off location on our end was wrong and once again because the mobile drop off process was not working (could not take pictures and had to email them once we got through) The wait time was too long on the phone
