We had to wait for the guy to show up to complete our rental. Gas in the truck was not at full so we had to get the guy again to record it. These delays cost us extra with the movers.
AnG McGeeNot overcharge for gas costs because that screwed us out of buying certain key items for our new home.
Brianna FickbohmThe 10 foot truck felt like it had no struts left. It was a rough to drive and steer. Any little dip and road patch felt like it would shatter everything I owned. Linda lied about the .69 cent mileage rate, she actually charged.79 cents per mile. She gouged me for $10 more for gas which I refilled, even though I had proof in pictures. What a horrible experience. Very long wait to check out. Never go here! Linda is so rude and offensive .
melanie cantwellTruck was dirty inside and out. Truck maintenance is needed as steering is so loose it was difficult to keep it in the lanes.

Ryan JeppsonTruck was clean but had mechanical issues. One of the lights did not work and I kept receiving alerts about low tire pressure and the need to change the oil.
Carmen JaquezMy rental location was changed and the dolly I specifically included was unavailable. I was not notified at all for either change to my reservation. This added a significant out of the way drive for me and ended up costing me more in gas. Which I filled to the 7/8ths mark immediately before bringing it back and still got billed additionally

Steven JonesLinda was belligerent, confrontational , it took forever to get “photopraph” mileage , would not take my written mileage as true mileage! I felt like a criminal from the beginning I walked in the door! The lady and gentlemen that I rented the truck from on the previous fday were wonderful. I will never go to that location again if I have to deal with Linda ! I will also report her to the owner of the store within the premises!

Martha GarrettAfter-hours drop-off so I did not go inside the location but at least the parking lot had room for multiple 26ft trucks. I was mostly disappointed in the online drop-off because I could not upload the required photos I took. I took the pictures outside of the website but could not upload them. Should’ve watched the video a bit more carefully for the instructions!
Christianna NelsonI had quite an unusual experience. The people there were very kind but it was the process and how long it took. I was supposed to pickup at 3:30 and didn’t leave until 4:20. I ordered a 10ft truck with an appliance dolly. When I got there they told me they didn’t have an appliance dolly nor did the truck have a ramp. They had to switch up the order for me which took forever. I almost missed my time frame to pickup my fridge and made another company upset. It’s tough because I know they did their best but it was a bit frustrating.

ANDREW SKINNEROur reservation was originally for 10:30 but we got a call that the truck hadn't been returned yet, that the person returning the truck we were getting was late and it would now be noon before we could pick up our rental. It cut our time short since we had to have the rental back by 4:30 since they closed at 5. Otherwise we had a very good experience. Very good customer service, clean and well maintained truck.

derrell KellyI called to verify a truck was available and they had 5. I told them I would be in on Sunday at 9:00am. When I got there the lady who took care of the rentals was not there and I had to go online to reserve. Your system was not very user friendly via phone. It took me 45-60 minutes to get it all set up and the final approval from U-haul.
Konya Knackstedtnothing. service quick and friendly and equipment in good, clean shape from it's last rental. No mechanical problems and truck ran well. Gas mileage was a pleasant surprise, quite a nice one.

Ronald BrackettDon't change drop off locations without the permission of the customer. My drop off was changed to a different location that was further than the one I picked. It is not up to the customer to relocate your trucks for you and be charged more in mileage. Thank god for the amazing staff at Timeless Treasures who understands the importance of keeping a customer happy and the importance of customer service. Thank you Timeless Treasures for being amazing!

Steve ForemanThe transmission was about to go out causing us to change our route and incur an additional mileage charge. It would not shift down and you could hear in trashing the clutch plate. Took 9 hours to drive 225 miles since had to pull over and let tranny cool down
JESSICA MCDONALDWhat a great place to do business with - friendly and welcoming. The pick up was quick and easy (I checked in and submitted my DL and payment info online). The drop off took a bit longer due to high customer volume, but I felt so at ease there I didn't mind one bit. GREAT JOB! My new favorite U-Haul location!
Christy HancockMy issue would not be with the pick up location, my issue would be with we were offered the $14 insurance for damage to the truck however we were not offered any insurance in case the vehicle got stuck and had to be towed. Unfortunately, with all the rain recently my U-Haul did get stuck and it cost an additional $130 to get it pulled out by a towing company. Maybe U-Haul should have suggested the additional insurance for instances such as this.
konya knackstedtBeing a college town you might expect that you could get a smaller truck for one way trips. But I’m sure this is a corporate decision and not the individual store, so other than that I have no complaints! Excellent service and friendly staff.

bill tropepeOn my Safemove Validation Tag, on the back page, there is a section marked "Describe Damage." Written in this section is the following message: "Corner Cap is torn with a temporary aluminum tape repair. Customer accepts the risk of water damage." This section of the paperwork was NEVER shown to me, and as such, I NEVER accepted the risk of water damage. My belongings were, in fact, damaged by rain during the move. This rental pick up location should be re-educated on how to properly inform customers of damage to the vehicles they provide to customers.

Samantha LogueFirst of all they way over charged me for the rental. Second they did not enter the contract correctly. Third they entered my phone number incorrect. Fourth person renting the trailer did not seem to know what they were doing. I will say they were very nice possibly just need more training.
RICHARD COLUNTSThe plug to connect the trailer to my vehicle was damaged, so I didn't have right turn signals on my trip. Luckily it was a short run; had that not been the case, I would not have felt comfortable pulling the trailer knowing I could be pulled over or cause an accident. The trailer structurally was fine and did what I needed it to do.
Shelby HegerHad to rent from there twice in the last two weeks or so. I have a LOT of stuff. The staff is very nice and the trucks were in good condition. If I need a uhaul in the future I'll go there.
