This location is excellent! However, the Uhaul website and app do not provide a consistent and seamless user experience. When returning the vehicle, the app had difficulty pinpointing the location, and the app would reset if photos were taken in landscape (phone rotated).

Harry AThe vehicle was GROSS - someone had been smoking cigars in the vehicle, ashes were in the cup holder, an open half drunk gallon water bottle was next to the drivers seat, and the vehicle was dirty. The location was fine - except all the work I did to load the check in didn't make it to the center - had to waste 20 min of my time repeating the check in process., I won't rent from them again And. . You guys need an upgrade of the app.

The app kept asking me to take a picture of the gas gauge and mileage which i did 7 times and submitted. 7. It just kept asking me to upload a picture. The only think that saved me was at least the office was open, although it would. Not let the person in the office check me in either
kenneth cAll was great although the online check in required assistance from the location as it continued to lock up (perhaps web traffic being a Sat AM at end of month?) Everything else including drop off ran smooth as silk.
Robert MUHaul's website and computer network has been somewhat confusing and unreliable both times I've rented in the last 6 months. Information entered and uploaded online didn't fully transfer and had to be done again at counter. Customers without smartphones are somewhat out of luck and inconvenienced--believe it or not not everyone has or wants a smartphone.

Tosha SLet the customer know you don’t have the supplies that are ordered ahead of time, not after they pull the truck around to leave. I was told to go to another store after receiving the truck to get my dolly and furniture pads, which I declined to do because it already took staff 30 minutes to get me the keys when I was the only one there. Never using this location again.

JULIE Learly pickup by key box was great however pickup steps did get a little lengthy. I stopped by the day before to talk to some in the office about the process and she was wonderful. she couldn't have been nicer and was a wealth of knowledge.
Harry CMy check-in went fine but the return was challenging. Apparently your system kept picking up a different location 2 1/2 miles away but I was already sitting in the van in the return parking space. I tried twice and the return transaction would not complete - had to call customer service on the phone which took another 15 minutes. Frustrating - although the situation was resolved.

Paul BI will NEVER pick up a truck using mobile check in- worst experience ever. Sat in the parking lot for almost an hour waiting for approval to take the truck which totally messed up our move and timing. Tried to call the 800 number while sitting there and was on hold for 20 minutes at least. Mobile pick up is a joke

I had completed the transaction on line-nowhere did it say I had to ALSO do it on the app. Took me 15 min to load and figure out the app, then it wouldn’t work. The very wonderful sales lady stayed passed her time and did it on the computer. She was awesome!!
Steve SThe staff were excellent. The 800 number staff, 24 pick up app, and website were useless. Only after 45 minutes of trying to make the app work on my android and then trying to pick up the vehicle using the website (and three phone calls to 800), were the staff able to step in and manually complete my pickup. All told I was an hour late for the job I had to perform with the vehicle. I will probably not use the service again until I'm able to work directly with the staff.
William WThis is a wonderful place to rent a UHaul. The truck was the cleanest by far that I have ever rented. The staff there were 100% helpful. I had some trouble with the APP and they called me back to help work through it. Friendly, honest, wonderful.

Hyweda TThe online check-in process was miserable and frustrating: - Redundant questions ("How many miles are on the odometer?" "Ok, now take a picture to prove it!" - Why am I entering the number when you can just get it from the photo you require me to take anyway?) - The 'Verification' Process took about 10 minutes, which was ridiculous to just be sitting in a parking lot waiting for that to complete, particularly if you're on a time crunch and there's no way to mitigate the wait by getting verified beforehand (even though I did the 'check-in' ahead of time).

Julie MI understand this location is a rental storage unit. Rental trucks seem to be a side business, that's cool. It appears the storage customers take priority--one was helped in front of me, though I was there first. I am cool with this, but there should be a sign up telling us this, or just verbally saying,,,listen, we need to service these quick hitters first.... Rather than me having to figure it out. Just more communication.
