THE LOCATION WAS FINE PEOPLE WERE FRENDLY BUT YOUR TRAILER LEAKED BOTH FRONT AND BACK END GETTING VALUABLES WET. I ASKED THE LOCATION TO NOT RENT THE TRAILER UNTILL REPAIRED. JIM GOWIN

I rented the uhaul under the assumptions that it was clear that I could drop the U-Haul off at any U-Haul location. On my contract in Savannah the representative checked off UNSURE on the contract, for drop off location. Which meant, I could drop it off anywhere. I was allowed 2 days with the rental, I dropped it off the same day, I did not need 2.days. I drop it off, took pictures. On my pictures, it automatically has date and time stamp. I forward this to U-Haul. The place I dropped it off at was closed, but I have dropped it off at closed places before. The return app, would not allowe.to download pictures, I kept getting errors, so I emailed the pictures to customer service twice. No response!!! So 3.days later I get a charge on my credit card, because the place I left it at, did not check it in til 3 days after I dropped it off. I even spoke to a U-Haul customer service twice and they said, ok we noted your account so you won't get a late fee, due to uncontrollably circumstances. I still got charge 183.00. I am still waiting for customer service to get back to me. Plus I left a copy of my contract in the glove box of the truck, with my information and they can see drop off location UNSURE WAS CHECKED. Still no reply...if I take this to small.claims.court I will win, because my photos are date stamped and I just might do this because it's causing me emotional distress, which will be a bigger lawsuit.

The crotchety guy that owned the place was rude and not helpful. All he did was complain about U-Haul and how they kept sending him people to drop off equipment that he didn't need. He didn't offer me a receipt and said "If you were told to drop it here, then they would send you a electronic receipt. Although I returned the trailer 4 days before it was due, I got a call from U-Haul 10 days later asking me if I had returned the trailer. I said I had returned it far ahead of schedule. I was told that they would call the owner and tell him to get the trailer "checked in". I wished them good luck because the guy refused to answer the phone - even though he was there. Terrible service at both ends!! I have rented a lot of equipment over the years and have never had an experience like this! If I could give U-Haul a zero or negative rating I would.

This location is very run down. The operator has very limited computer skills. The fuel gauge was read incorrectly causing an extreme overcharge. U-Haul corrected this for me so I am satisfied with them but not the location.

Put hydraulic jacks on the trailers. We needed to stop and park the trailer, but could not, because it didn’t have a jack on it.

Dirty location with a foul mouthed person that was not very helpful. I’ll never use this location again and would suggest that this location is not a good one for U -haul to have.

Do you like hanging out in stale cigarette stained service stations? If you want to smell like a dirty ashtray, then this is the place for you.

They need signage to indicate where to park a trailer. The information said to not block entrances, exits, etc. The facility is very small with limited area to park that doesn’t block the access areas.

Maybe have the correct address to drop the uhaul at. Or not charge me extra when the correct address wasn't given. Also, I was charged extra when I was told I would be charged once I returned the uhaul.

Upon pick up renters are told that if your 24 hour return is after the establishment is closed you will not be charged if late. That is not true - that is false and miss leading information. You will be charged an extra daily rate and insurance for 5 minutes beyond the return time. Which is fair if that is the information you are given...but you will likely be told otherwise, then charged.

The Dolly that I went to pic up had not yet been checked back into the system so it could not be released to me. This took over an hour. then I was asked if there was any damage on the dolly. I responded, "i didn't inspect it"! Apparently they had not inspected it either since it had holes in one fender and one taillight was not working. I found the fatally tail light after I got home and was about to load my car. SO, another trip back to U Haul to get the light fixed. Fortunately there was a bigger facility nearby and I didn't have to go back to the clustered parking and clustered disorganization, at Tim's Automotive, for the light to be fixed. This aggravation is not what I needed ahead of my trip.

I drop off my truck after hours. They charged me $25 for cleaning out the back ! They said there was foot prints in the back ! I am 200% positive that the truck was clean ! I feel this was a scam because I dropped the truck off after hours ! They were very rued when I called and asked about it !

Internet service was down and it took me about an hour each time to check out and return the truck! The uhaul app WILL NOT (DOESN'T) work on mobile to check out customers, that can definitely be fixed. Thank you.

First, we did NOT Know we had to go to another location. The person who called NEVER Told me. THEN it was TEN Miles OUT of the way!! When we got there NO ONE was there. WE had to wait for a long time before my husband went searching for someone. He was 'downstairs' what ever that means. VERY Unprofessional experience!

The parking is not sufficient when you are trying to return a 26 foot truck with a dolly attached it can be a challenge especially with a full parking lot of cars being worked on in the lot.

Was accidentally charged for SafeTow after I told them that I didn't want it. Took over an hour for them to figure out how to refund the $48 fee even with 2 calls to U-Haul support. I reserved the trailer and dolly online and they did not have the dolly. I had to go to another location to get the dolly. What should have been a 20 minute pickup took almost 2 hours.

Please send a representative there to train the staff immediately. This location had no visible U-Haul signs. The staff was not knowledgeable about the U-Haul inventory at this site. I was very reluctant to hand over my credit card to the representatives at this site.
