In my many UHaul rental experiences over the years - this was my worst experience. The person acted like he did not want me to drop the trailer off there...and was very distant and did not help me at all. I felt very confused that he would be acting as a UHaul dealer. I had to make a phone call to customer service to make sure the trailer got checked in - in time - so that I did not have to pay for another day. It was a very unpleasant experience and I will never drop another UHaul truck or trailer off there again.

The locations were fine, but your company charged me for an extra day after I called and pushed the drop-off time back by 3 hours. The drop off location was still open, and I specifically said that I did not need the truck an extra day. No additional fee was discussed until I dropped off the truck and was assessed the extra charge. I would like to be reimbursed

Upon pick up I had to attach my trailer. I checked the blinkers myself with the left blinker not working. It was shrugged off and told it was no issue. Upon drop off the man only spoke when I spoke to him. I told him the left blinker was out. When we double checked the lights I was told no lights, brakes or blinkers, were working. Maintaining the trailers is obviously not a concern. It is highly disappointing knowing I was driving a trailer with no lights and no one seemed to care. Good thing I bought the insurance because I was obviously at risk for accidents as well as tickets from the police.

I was provided an Appliance Dolly without the belt/rope to fasten the furniture/appliances in place. The serviceman should check that before he gives it to the client. It was pretty useless without the belt/harness.

I was charged $12 for fuel. I returned the truck with more fuel than when I received it. I have pictures of the fuel when I returned it. I will dispute the charge. Perhaps you should “not” have a drop off box and have real people on duty. This will give you more accurate information.
