I checked in online , thought it would save time, it did not. I had to give all of my information at the pickup location again .Pre check in is a waste of time .

Angelo FodorMaybe have a U-Haul employee there to help U-Haul customers when getting the vehicle, not the mechanic of the garage. He was busy and there were two different U-Haul customers waiting for a truck. Other than that, everything was excellent, and would definitely recommend to friend/family.
Darlene HadsellVery disappointed! I recieved my invoice today and see I was charged for two days. When I picked up the unit I was told they were opened until 5pm. returned the unit at 4:25pm, with in 24 hrs. Upon returning the unit I was told just leave it in the parking lot. The next morning I recieved the invoice stating it was returned at 8:25 am. I have used this location several times in the past a the lady there was great, unfortunitliy she is no longer there. I will not use this location again. I expect a refund on the over charge.
patrick fallerTruck was filthy and smelled like cigarettes. Had to shut the air off and open the windows. Front bumper was hanging off when I picked up the truck. Was charged $10 for 4 blankets.
Walter CiecwierzI picked up the truck with a quarter tank of gas. I filled to a quarter tank 3 blocks from drop off. $20.01 was the charge. I was charged additional $20.00 on the U haul bill. I will try to find another source for rentals in the future.

Timothy ZorcEmployee was extremely rude, gave me truck with less than quarter tank only used the truck for 2 hours went only 15 miles. I put $15 of gas into the truck before drop off. Went to drop off employee said “ wow that was quick” I told him I didn’t have much I put gas above the line he gave it to me. Said I’ll get an emailed receipt. I check the receipt and he charged me $30 fuel service and $10.50 for gas. I called to ask why he charged me and told me it was at quarter when he gave it to me and I brought it back empty. I didn’t know these GMC’s go 15 miles then go empty. Worst place to rent a uhaul from. Keep your receipts and take pictures!!! Can’t express that enough

Juas AguileraThis location needs more professionalism. The men working at the shop don’t even have the information on the uhaul’s they have to call someone over the phone to speak to you, and when you have an issue they can’t help you they give you a number to call that you have to repeatedly call until they answer and it’s a different person you spoke to before who knows nothing about your rental. The uhaul was covered in sand and dirt on the floor boards. When picking up my uhaul it had 1/2 a tank of gas. When I returned my uhaul I put in 3/4 of gas in which would be more than it had when I picked it off and they still charged me a fuel charge, still waiting when/if I will be receiving a refund for that. They also advertised the uhaul rental as $19.95 and then next to it states there was a rental charge of $39.90. These people completely try to get one over on you since they have to hold your card information which should be illegal. Absolute worst location and experience I’ve ever had with uhaul.

Ken CarpenterI arrived at 8:50 for my 9am pickup time. The location didn’t open until 9:20 when the manager(?) arrived. A worker for the tire store was there approximately 10 mins before the store opened and had to sit waiting for the manager as well. I booked this Uhaul at another location closer to my home but somehow was booked to pickup at this location. When I called the location I booked at and explained she said 20 mins late isn’t unusual for that location.

William HarrellThe cab could have been a little more clean. There were remnants of snacks on the floor and under the seats. The air conditioning took quite a while to cool the cab down. I gave the location four stars only because it’s a little difficult getting to it from the south lane while construction on the road is going on, otherwise it is a good location. I had to leave my car there while I used the truck and if all the other equipment is there there is no parking. The lock key boxes are there for early pick up and late drop off. Otherwise, you have to wait until they are open at 10 AM. Overall, I would definitely use them again if they had the right size equipment at that location.

The 1st time I returned the truck, no problem, the second time no personnel were available, so dropped the key in the drop lock box, 3'd time a guy sitting out front said no one available and give him the key, so I pondered a bit and gave him the key and took a picture of him.

Clint O TaylorI made a reservation on line to pick up a trailer on Sunday Feb. 19, 2023 at 10 AM. The UHaul website showed the location to open at 10 AM on a Sunday. I arrived at 10:15 am, as once before at this location the staff was late. At 10:30 am after no staff arrived I called a phone number other than your 800 number that I had from previous rentals at this location. The person who answered the phone siad he was in another city 50 miles away and not coming to the location that day. Since I had the UHaul app on my phone and had made a reservation and checked in on my phone I decided to take one of the trailers that I needed. I had already hooked up the trailer to make things faster when the staff arrived and there were four other customers there who also had reservations. Before leaving I called the 800 number and was on hold for 17 minutes before I decided to leave anyway. After picking up my waiting moving assistant, I called again to notify UHaul that I had the trailer. This call took around 12-14 minutes to be answered and the person I spoke to, Wilson, was very accomodating, helpful, and apologized for the lack of staff. So the next morning I brought the trailer back at 9:00 am and there was still no staff at the location on RT 1 in Vero Beach, FL . I called the 800 number to report that the trailer was dropped off at that location. The man that answered said I should have just reported it by the phone app but I wanted anyone at UHaul I spoke with to know about the bad service at this location.
