People were nice but facility was like in a third World country. It is a tire shop but it is a dirty, “tired” facility that isn’t nice in any respect. Again, the agents were cordial.

I genuinely do not feel like a "valued customer" whatsoever. I had an issue occur and have not yet had the situation taken care for addressed by management. At this point I am extremely disappointed in my experience. Upon picking up my Uhaul I alerted my representative that the tire pressure light was on and the dashboard noted " Service tire pressure monitor". After going back into the office to alert her of the matter she reassured me that the monitor was broken but it would be getting serviced in my final drop off location and that the tires are good to go. I noted this in my online walk through questionnaire. After arriving near my home (around the corner from the location) I heard a hissing sound coming from my driver side tire. After examining closely I saw a large wire stuck deep into the tire. I looked up a location a bit further away that was still open and explained to them the situation and they informed me to contact roadside assistance. I called and after waiting an extended hold they received all of my information in order to send out a service member. He arrived and changed the tire but by the time that was done my movers were no longer available being that I was told to not load the truck until the tire was changed. I then had to reschedule them and also my next day travel arrangements because of the inconvenience. Obviously frustrated at the situation I decided to contact costumer service which was pointless. The representative in short told me that the location should have upgraded me to a '15 foot truck instead of my '10 foot truck, but at this point this suggestion wasn't helpful. She also said that if it was her she would not have taken the truck. In my opinion after coming back in the representative should have OFFERED me a new vehicle. Since I could tell my phone call was going no where I simply asked them to note my file of the information. The following morning I called costumer service again because I realized how this was a safety issue and god forbid my tire had bursted while I was driving to my far destination. Again the inconvenience affected my financial agreement with my movers and took a toll on my travel arrangements which further frustrated me and made me call costumer service for the second time. During this call I demanded I speak with a supervisor and was told a complaint was placed on my file and that a manager would be calling me back. I received no phone call at any point and I was extremely upset so upon refilling my gas tank and dropping my truck off I decided to call customer service yet again. I spoke with Paris who listened to me and apologized for my experience. She mentioned that the file noted the manager had called me and left a voicemail. I became even more frustrated because I have no missed call or voicemail and I even double checked. Paris collected all of my information thoroughly and even allowed me to send her pictures of everything I mentioned to her. She called the managers twic

When I picked the van up, the seats where covered in Dog hair. I asked the lady to vacuum it and was told there wasn't one??? Now this is a tire place too and they don't have a shop vak... Regardless I had to vacuum the seats myself and sweep the van out as well. I am asking for a $25.00 cleaning refund. This put us back by 2 hours. The van was nasty and the dog hair is unacceptable. They should more proffesonal and caring about customer concern and value time and relationship. Contact should be review varbely before leting customer sign to make them clear what they are signing for. Horrible experience..never go for them and never refer to any other friends and family never.

Very nice and professional team, when I went Gentle man was busy with tires change, when I told him I came for uhaul pick up, he's stopped the tire change and hooked up the trailer. He was very nice and very professional. They didn't know I am also a uhaul dealer so they went the extra mile to make me a happy customer. Also when I dropped the trailer, I tried to take it off myself but he wouldn't let me. He jumped up and took my trailer off without me asking for help. It was very hot outside so the guy offered me a drink and also gave my wife and kids a can of soda. I highly recommend this location. This is the best lake worth Area location.
