The manager and staff were excellent. I was waiting on an engine replacement and we having to extend. They were always courteous and efficient. The manager is certainly in the right job. He was seamless.ADAM ERIC S.
what is supposed to be a contactless experience proved to be ridiculously difficult. The application would not accept check in which required a call in (on hold for 30 minutes) then when we were able to check in the truck would not start. We could not get any help for more than an hour when we were told by roadside assistance "oh, ive never experienced this before". 40 minutes later it was determined that the key needed to be reprogrammed to the truck and we were walked through it. This delayed our move by 2 hours. Unacceptable.Mikal M.

It took me forever to drop off the truck after hours. You need to let people who don't have an iphone know how many pictures need to be taken. I had to keep taking pictures then going in and start over on the site with my phone. Then the picture would be too old. Let people know ahead of time what will have to be done. This was the worst part of the whole rental.Guinne G.

While the location was great with a great and friendly staff, it was not the location in jar selected, nor the time I had selected. So I had way more money added to my bill for the unnecessary amount of mileage tacked on to my move, and lost several hours out of the day due to this change in pickup venue as well. And then to add further insult, I am charged for the had I used as well? Ridiculous.Ryan K.
