Uhaul keeps bombarding me with emails for a review, well here's one. Uhaul really needs to promptly reconcile the estimated mileage I submitted at application for the rental, which was 105 miles, and the actual mileage, which was 97 miles, and reimburse me for the difference @ the agreed upon rate of $1.29 per mile.

John SThe big problem is that no trucks with cruise control U-haul is buying cheap trucks also trucks are very noisy in the side cabins, not good for long-distance hauls
PETAR CThe cargo bay was dirty, had small pieces of trash in it, and a bunch of unfolded furniture blankets laying around loose. Not sure if this is on the location, but the fuel tank was at 1/16 (34 miles to empty) when I picked it up.
Thomas TThe representative was friendly and was helpful, but there were a couple issues with truck and equipment: 1) The truck was not loaded with all of the requested equipment. The rep did waive the charge for what equipment he had on hand. There was no stockage of equipment at this location other than what was laying around in other trucks. 2) The truck drove poorly, meaning the alignment was off (steering wheel not at 12oclock when driving) and the tracking was more like weaving, requiring constant steering adjustment; the wheel balance was off as the truck vibrated significantly at speeds over 60. I know this is a truck but it was more than "normal" for a truck. Please do a better job of maintaining/servicing your fleet.
QUN LThe app did not work. I could not check it out, nor could I check it in. Apparently it's often causing a problem. Kept kicking me out. I had to go inside and bother the nice man at tireVille.

Jonathan LI have no complaints about the place where I picked up the U-Haul. However, during our trip we discovered U Haul had placed a U-Haul sticker over the front camera so the safety feature was disabled. When I called U-Haul customer service I was told I couldn’t turn the van in at our destination but had to drive it 3 1/2 hours back to the pick up location. They told me we could try to take the sticker off but we didn’t have a ladder to reach it. Clearly purposeful placement of a sticker over a driver assist camera is a safety hazard.

Ralph HThe location is not obvious. We missed the confirmation page for the additional utility truck and dolly which we discovered were not in the truck. The location was closed so there was no immediate remedy available to us.

Mary KReview is less about Tireville and more about Uhaul. The online registration process took 45 minutes and the app kept blacking out. I had to restart my phone 6 times because the app was shutting down. There were no blankets or utility dolly's included.
Robin MThe only issue was that I had to get an appliance dolly from a different location. Otherwise everything went smoothly. This location did everything they could to help me out with the trailer and dolly.

James Tthey are wonderful there!!! Noah took care of myself and I sent my granddaughter there also and she was very pleased.
HELEN HMultiple issues made our move miserable. Wrong key was left which was for a larger truck than we reserved. Good thing Uhaul customer service was fast to adjust contract but we still ended up with larger truck and got us an hour behind schedule. The worst part was dolly and 1 dozen furniture pads, which we ordered, were missing which made our move like living hell! We ended up moving really heavy LARGE boxes one by one and some furniture got damaged as well.
