Would like to give 5 stars, but the rental process (via mobile app) had a hiccup as our vehicle's keys were not in the secure key box. Due to this failure, we had to wait an hour for the office to open to obtain the keys which further delayed our timeline for the day.

I ordered the trailer for 9AM PICKUP and the place that they transferred it to didn’t even open until 10AM!! Ran behind by an hour 30 minutes.

Make the app easier to use. Had to call because I could not open the car box for early pick up. Might have been user error, but was a difficult process to use app.

Actual location shows up wrong on gps so mobile pickup won't work. Man wears entirely too much cologne. And I was overcharged for the pickup and then charged more at drop off. I am not happy with uhaul service at all. This was my first time using your service and sadly will be my last.

There was a huge error made with J.C. in St. Robert, Mo. U-Haul rental. For 2 days he assured me our truck would be available at 8 A.M., then when we were on our way to pick it up, J.C. calls me at 7:30 A.M. and says he does not have a truck but I can go to the above store and get it, he also tells me the bad news is the store doesn't open until 9 A.M. I had 4 people waiting on me at the storage units ready to help load my household items and I was unable to meet them until after 10 A.M. because of this mess up. Then we were told we would only be responsible for mileage one way if we brought the truck back to the above store, which we did that same day, only to be charged for 92 miles instead of 40 actual miles. We were not very happy customers with this reservation and the final charges!!!!!! We have used U-Haul for all of our moves and this is the worse experience ever. On the plus side the move is over!!

I reserved my trailer a couple of weeks in advance. The pick up time and location was changed without me being notified. I went to pick up the trailer on Memorial day at the location that I had selected for pickup. They were apparently close though there wasn't even a sign on the door saying that they would be closed for Memorial Day. I assumed they were just running late as I had received a confirmation call the day before. I waited almost an hour outside that location before calling the 1-800 number to talk to a representative who informed me that my pick up time and location had been changed.
