Great customer service at this location.
Jignesh SI have used Uhaul in the past and was happy with the service. Unfortunately this time the customer service was terrible.i reserved my truck back in December 28th. My pick up location changed three times. I wasn't notified of the change until I called to verify my rental, " All Three Times". The truck had an engine light on and warning on dash " gas cap tighten ".After my return of the truck my receipt was never emailed to me until I called a representative. I should be compensated in some shape or form and expect a call from a higher up representative to explain; Why such poor customer service. If I don't receive a call I will forward this to the appropriate corporate office for an explanation.

Richard CI found it too expensive for a mere truck rental (coupled with back-breaking work). Will probably never use service again. Would rather pay more to have someone else move me.
Claudia MThis was the easy of rentals I’ve ever had. I was greeted as soon as I came in the door. From start to finished I was in my rental within 10 minutes. The U-Haul was very clean as to smell and appearance. Great lighted and open area for safe night drop off.

dontay hGentleman who owns (or at least runs the station) was very friendly and takes pride in his trucks. He advised the "in-town" truck I was using always comes back to him, so he really takes care of it. It was in really great shape and ran really well. Easy to do business with him and U-Haul

He was not friendly and it was very bad customer service interaction he was extremely abrupt and unwilling to go over the return process I am unsure what the problem was I even asked he at one point and he got extremely argumentative I would use this establishment again

ron mI have rented Uhauls in the past from other locations and this is the first time I had a great experience. Everything went so smoothly, Tom was extremely kind and the van was spotless. I will continue to rent from Tom's any time we need a Uhaul and I will no longer dread the process of having to rent one knowing that I'll be dealing with Tom's from now on. A+++++
TERRENCE SService was really good. Truck was clean. Vehicle was missing a light that caused a leak. The missing light hole leaked as a result and my contents were wet from the pouring down rain storm we drove thru. This missing light was confirmed as the source of the leak at the return location.

Bradley HPick up and drop off a bit confusing. No drop box for keys specified. Truck was hidden for pickup and when we did find it the attendant working kept thinking I was taking the wrong truck. Had to call and verify for an extra 20 min. Wait
