Shvonne and Tom are two of the most wonderful people you will ever meet in business; compassionate, caring, true professionals, and great personalities who explained everything so clearly and made renting a human experience....as opposed to the horrific/outdated robotic automated system and 45 minute wait time to speak to a HUMAN-which took forever. NO ONE wants to be told to sign in and go to their app to do anything when a problem is at hand-when people are cold in the darkness of winter and/or in our case, when the order i placed was NEVER sent over to Tom's place. Our truck was NOT ready for after hours p/u nd we had two movers waiting for us, as we waited 9 minutes total to speak w/someone-and were losing $200 by hiring two helpers w/our move. And then, U-H only offered us $50 as a credit. So, we were out $150 and had to come back at 8am the next morning to ensure getting a truck. Shvonne and Tom couldn't have been nicer. I will always deal with them directly from here on out b/c the U-Haul national reservation system is a failure. DG

Tom's Sunoco Service at 305 Orange Ave, Irvington, NJ 07111 is a certified U-Haul dealer. My experience with Tom was friendly and professional. He explained the process with ease, he also listened and addressed my concerns. Tom and his assistant are a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this place for any auto service and U-Haul rental.

The location is very convenient! I live across the street from Tom's. Tom and the young lady at the desk are always pleasant and full of laughter. This is best location!! My only suggestion is have a small van available at this location. I have a design company and I use uhaul frequently.

I must say that this is the best U-Haul location that I have dealt with over the years both in April and last week on August 18th. Shvonne is on Tom's staff and she is very pleasant and friendly. Tom along with Shvonne are very personable and make the customer feel appreciated and at ease. I would give this location 20 stars if that was possible! Highly recommend this location for your U-Haul needs.
