DOMINGO RAMOSThe only issue I had was the level of fuel. The tank showed as "full", and the attendant said it was full. However, after only driving 12 miles and not leaving it running unnecessarily (ie., when loading or unloading), it took 6.988 gallons to fill. Doing the math, that would mean that this truck only gets 1.71 mpg. As a result, the tank wasn't actually "full". Instead, it was mostly full and I had to put in far more fuel than was necessary.

Diana ParksThis place is a rip off. $200 for 2 1/2 days. It was suppose to be $29.95 a day. Charged us $45 for insurance we didn't want and charged us for a dolly we didn't get. The employees were rude and refused to help with the situation. I'll go elsewhere from now on. Maybe a different rental company. I thought uhaul was way better than this. Totally disappointed.

SETH COXTruck only had a quarter of tank of gas. Had to put gas in just to get back to Fremont. Inside of cab was very dirty with cracker crumbs and potato chip crumbs. "yuck"

Juli CortezThey just make up charges for rentals and charge you rates that you didn’t sign or agree to. They have zero customer service and they don’t have any explanation as to the charges other than “the computer does it” I will be requesting an audit and filing a fraud complaint.

Trenique KnapperThe lady behind the counter was the only one there working the register and she was busy with customers, I waited for at least an hour to get the u-haùl, and then she gave me the wrong one, i wanted the smaller u-haul for $19.95, so she had to redo the paperwork cos i had put alot of my stuff in it and then I got in it n the key wouldn't work. So i went back in to tell her the key wouldn't work n she had to redo the order. So I got charged two times on my debit card and the next day when I tried to call customer service I was on the phone for over an hour and I finally hung up and went to "chat" and then after another half hour i just left a message there to tell them to take off the $49 I should have only had to pay the $29 fee. I don't know yet if the $49 was credited mý account yet bos i waited to long for customer service!! I had to take the u-haul back later that evening cos someone had requested it for in the morning so when I stopped n filled it up I did cleán the inside, dash n doors , and also cleaned up the floor, and the windshield ! You need faster customer service cos it's hard enough just to move n then waiting on them to fix a mistake.

JOSEPH MCFARLANDThere is usually only one person working at this location so check in and check out can take quite a bit of time as they have to stop and help walk in customers. The trailers have no jacks on them so lifting them on and off the ball alone is not easy.
Brian MentinkWe were supposed to be credited because our reservation was not fulfilled and we were never credited. Plus we were overcharged on mileage. I am very disappointed.

Lane ChristiansenI believe it was Cindy who was helping us check out - she was lovely - great at follow up and communication prior to pick up. On pick up day, it was a busy morning for her to manage the register and check us out for the Uhaul. We didn't get a thorough walk through and didn't realize until Council Bluffs that the tires had bad tread wear and stabs in them. We notified the Council Bluffs Haul and they shared there was nothing they could do and advised us to drive to KC and keep the roadside assistance number handy. It was an incredibly stressful drive.

Mark TranchillaThere is no one to help hook up or disconnect trailers and with no tongue jacks it is very difficult to connect a trailing if not impossible. I'm 71 years old and by the time i managed to get the trailer I was too sore to go home and load the trailer. Tongue jacks are a must at locations that don't hook up for you.
David AmesThe original trailer had cockroaches in it, the guy originally just swept it out… but there were a lot more of them. I was about to ask if he had Raid spray, when he finally upgraded no additional charge.

Jerry SmithThe personnel at this location were not good representatives for U-Haul. I arrived and asked for my reserved truck. The receptionist seemed surprised, then dismissively said "oh, reserved online?". I told her yes and indicated that we had also reserved a furniture dolly. She said "we don't have any of those". The manager came over and corrected her. We went through the rental contract and I took the truck. When I returned, the man I assumed was the manager was the only person on duty. He nodded at me when I entered and then concluded the sale of some snacks to a woman and child, then proceeded to continue a phone conversation for about 5 minutes that appeared to be personal in nature. Three customers entered, and he tended to them before me. The return took about 10 minutes all told, and could have been much shorter.
