Now this was a completely different experience. The people were very helpful whenever we dropped off the truck. They listened and answered our questions. Because we returned the truck early and they stayed open later to finish the process. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone needing U-Haul services!Michael B.

The location where I made my reservation was much closer to my starting location and also a decent place. When I arrived there they did not have a truck for me. The alternate location did have a truck, but no appliance dolly which I had also reserved. That made my loading much more difficult because I was working alone. Then I find out upon turning in the truck that I had to pay an additional mileage fee for 11.2 miles. Since I had to go to a location much further from my home, more than 11 miles... I definitely should not have to pay for the extra mileage. Next time I will find another truck rental company!Kenneth B.

I dropped the truck off eary around 645 on the 9th and i was charged for an extra day. To make matters worse, a guy came out the office, said i didnt have to do anything else and to put keys in drop box. On the 10th a day after my due date, i get an email saying i owed for another day.Xerxses B.

This location was supposed to be open until 5 PM. It was closed at 4. There was an employee that took my key, got in his vehicle and drove away. The truck and dolly weren't checked in until almost noon the following day. I will say that the ladies at the call in number are very pleasant and helpful. Ensure office and employees are available when equipment is scheduled for pickup. Ensure employees are trained to connect equipment. Ensure employees are familiar with making changes in the system when charges are inaccurate. Employee had no idea on how to enter military discount. Training for administrative and equipment safety connection is a MUST!!!!Ronnie F.
Not Tom's tire problem. Your on line sign up was a disaster. I received my reservation confirm and location for my pick up . When I showed up to get the truck the attendant was serving another customer. It took 45 minutes to get to my reservation. Then, I was told that my reservation was not CLOSED..so all my efforts to sign up via your web was a waste of time. After another 15 minutes i finally got my truck.. The attendant was very nice and apologized.Thomas D.
Horrible drop off experience! We confirmed a drop off location the day before but when we arrived there we were told they were closing that location and we would have to go to another further location. At 10:45 that morning the new drop off location we were sent to (Tom's Tire, Elgin) was closed for lunch so no one was there to help us. We dropped the keys off in the box as instructed and for the next MONTH we were hounded by UHAUL representatives over the phone about THEM misplacing the keys and not knowing where their truck was. Even though it had been moved locations within the parking lot where we left it THE VERY NEXT DAY. Then we were charged for the second day and extra miles a month after turning it in. This should have been done much sooner to our turn in day. This location needs to get it together and keep better track of their keys and vehicles. A person actually being there during regular business hours would certainly help.Teri H.
Very rude did not take information needed to return. Reported that I turned in truck one day late. I turned the truck in one day early. I turned in truck with quarter tank more gas than when i picked it up. also i was under 75.8 miles given to use at time picked up. All of this I had to demand be noted by Tom Tire ,where I was treated badly.Kenneth R.
