Robert HI am still reeling from the treatment I received at the Twin City location that I don't think I could give anything concerning UHaul a good score. It is really sad when a location that has no personnel get's a higher score than a fully staffed location.
Brandon AWhen I initially l reserved the location, it was supposed to be in Bentonville as my storage facility was only a few miles away. However, I was only notified the day before that this was the location to be picked up at; which was in Springdale. That was literally another 15 miles one way; which I had to leave early to accommodate and not to mention I had to pay about another 3 gallons of gas for that distance differential. Besides that, the man was very nice and cordial and got me in and out quickly as I pre-filled a lot of information beforehand as well as prepaid fir the total charges. Nice improvement on the checkout experience.
Kam LDropped off truck and trailer. I had filled tank to 1/2 full. The only person there was the "wife", who said her husband would check in the vehicles when he returned. She was unable to do so. I later got an email stating the gas tank was 3 gallons shy of 1/2 and they charged me $17.00 for 3 gals. That is outrageous. I will not go there again!

Leann HBest U-Haul experience I’ve ever had. Bryan, the owner, had my Auto-Hauler ready to go and greeted me at the door by name! This was my first time to rent from Tons of Storage and will be my “go to” for every future U-Haul rental.
BRYAN BBryan is always professional and courteous. He’ll do whatever he can to assist when I’m in a pinch and need a trailer ASAP! He is why I continue to bring my business back time after time.
JOHNCHARLES SListen to the customer with what they are saying and respect their choices in using your establishment. Avoid discriminating against your customers. The process of receiving the keys should not have taken over 10-15 minutes, I pre-filled out all the required documentations online and was told via the online service: all I had to do was come and pick up the key. The vehicle itself was fine and the AC worked nicely.

JOHNCHARLES SI believe I have rented at least 9-10 times this year. The owners are ALWAYS extremely friendly and a delight to work with. They’ve stayed late for me to pick up and offer safety recommendations when pulling various Uhaul units, as well as removing my trailer hitch after use to help avoid theft. They have ALWAYS attached the Uhaul unit, connected the electrical lines and performed the proper brake/blinker safety preparations before leaving the site. Great prices as well! I will continue to utilize this location moving forward. Thank you.
JOHNCHARLES STell the guy at the front that the place smells like he’s been smoking dope/pot. It took over an hour to get The truck ready and we were the only customers. The man working front desk sent link but didn’t explain anything, horrible experience and won’t go back.

JARED RI would probably warn my friends that although they were easy to work with for pick up & drop off, they do NOT wear masks in the office for COVID. They only have a taped line for you to "stand behind" for social distancing, which is a mute point when you have to move to the counter to pay & sign for items. He made a point to ensure that I did not place the pen I was given back into the "cup of pens" b/c it would have to be sanitized, so maybe he does not understand the reasoning for the state mask mandate. By wearing one himself, he would protect me from HIMSELF from spraying possible infectous droplets when talking to me, etc. as they did not have a clear guard on the counter or anything either. Sorry, but I have Lupus so I am very conscience to stay back from people who refuse to wear a mask b/c I cannot afford to contract COVID.
Stacey MI’ve rented units from this location multiples times now. The owners are by far the friendliest and most knowledgeable people that I have ever dealt with concerning transportation rental. I pass up at least 4-5 other U-Haul locations to rent from them and will continue to do so.

MICHAEL SKeep the gentleman who took care of me - the staff here were great! They made it easy, made us feel secure in their hook up of the trailer and overall very professional.
Robert FThe windshield had bugs all over it, the cab had glass everywhere. I had to sweep it out so I could take my shoes off while driving. The vehicle had not been cleaned when I got it.
