Nothing. The Daytona Beach location is the greatest. Scott runs the place very well. I will not go to any other location in that area. The other larger location there really sucks. People are rude. Always a goat screw to get a trailer or truck. I stopped going there years ago. They were so rude back about 3 years ago that I went to the Nova store. Scott did his very best to accommodate my request and did. THATS WHY I GO BACK TO HIM.

Not to mention the new tire they put on literally shredded not even 15 minutes down the road. Waited 4 hours for it to be fixed. Problem would not have happened if the correct wheel and tire were already on the trailer. DO A BETTER PRE TRIP OF THE RENTAL EQUIPMENT BEFORE THEY HAVE A LAWSUIT ON THEIR HANDS

Bryan J.I needed a van last minute, due to the fact a “ friend “ rescinded an offer to use their truck. I had to drive 250 miles RT to get windows I finally found for my mobile home. After months. Windows leaking on my new carpet. I was panic struck. And at work. I talked to Vanessa at Ormond Collision Center, who had helped me out when I moved a couple months prior to…. all this. She didn't have the right vehicle and sent me to Jamie at Tow Boat. They were both very knowledgeable, so helpful, calming and actually treated me with respect and compassion. Since they are both probably close to my son's age, I am doubly impressed. I always use Penske. Or have been. But I will go to these two places, no I will go to these young ladies first every time. I have 5 decades, of restaurant management, retail management , property management, both civilian and military, hotel management and much more. I know excellent customer service when I receive it. Or don't. With the world we find ourselves in today. It is even more important then ever. It's absolutely necessary. Thank you Jamie and Vanessa!

mike B.At the conclusion of my move, they refused to take the U Haul back. I had reserved it one way and tried to return it to the reserved drop off location. That location refused to take the truck. When I brought it back here, they also refused to tale the truck. I had to drive all over town to find a place that would take it. Unacceptable.

Douglas W.One tire was bald and a leaf spring (suspension) was broken when I picked it up. I did not notice it until I loaded the trailer later in the day. I called Uhaul the next day and had to wait for the trailer to get fixed delaying our trip. I offered to return it and get another one but was told no. The person that came out to fix it was great but said that I would not have gotten very far with the condition of the trailer. I would like a full refund on my credit card.
Michael M.In all my years dealing with UHaul (there have been many), this was worse experience ever. Dealing online will never be an option for me again. When I picked up my truck there were NO BLANKETS AND NO DOLLY ... AND NO ONE TO COMPLAIN TO! I spoke to "Dorothy" who referred me to other dealers that were open but they did not have supplies at last minute. Refund due for blankets and dolly ... $27 plus
