Especially Chris , he was very nice & very friendly , he was also very helpful & since it was our first time renting a uhaul , he explained everything too us & answered all our question !! Great Place and wonderful help. The man is always willing to accommodate if able, the trucks are always ready and clean. Even when one was dingged up he showed me how to dispute made sure everything worked out. Id use them again and again while telling all to do the same.Michael G.

Shady place! charged me for things that never occurred. Never had a dolly on the truck and got charged. A cleaning fee? What am I suppose to take it through a car wash? I swept it out and it was only me in the cab. I had 24hr rental fee and dropped it off after 5 hours, but got a charge because I did not put the key in there hands and put it in the drop box. U-Haul system Disrespected me and put me in occuared position. The folling incedent happend:- 1. went to location 4511 Pearl Rd, Cleveland , Ohio 44109 USA. 2. As the Agent opend the screen with my reservation No 84588115. dated Saturday at 1:45 pm January 18, 2020. 3. After he opened my reservation a screen poped up stating That Caution a status o criminal terrorist take cation. 4. He looked at me and another person and stated what is going on???????? 5. immediatley I called this U-Haul at the last number they called from +12166317402. 6. A man replaied as i was my voice was in high tone inquiring about the screen occred on the system under my account. 7. He replayed he dsose not have an answer to me. and he was on speaker. and your agent was listning to all the conversation. 8. He asked to press an iqone and prceed in the service were he did and the transaction went through. 9. returend the trailer on the same day. Required:- 1. Required a full explanation from U-haul and throgh invistagtion on your system. 2. An Official apology letter on the Imbaresmant countered to me. 3. Two Individuals witnessd on the incedint. one recomended to sue the company. This truck was the most violent, loud, and sketchy truck I have ever rented; and I've rented quite a lot of trucks. It was an absolute fight, either loaded or empty, to keep it tracked in a lane. The cab noise was absolutely deafening. The truck was clean and did it's job, but driving it was like wrestling a wild horse for my four hour drive. Will probably look to a different rental company for different equipment for my next inevitable move.Chester H.
My truck was at the wrong location. I had to go out my way to get let alone the difference my old great aunt payed in gas and millage is ridiculous why reserve for a location have a confirmed email for that location and then the location has no idea of my reservation? Doesn't make since and penske will host my next move for sure. Never have I had someone tall to me the way the woman did at the Lakewood location did their customer service sucked if you really want my opinion!!!!Daniel M.

The start of my rental was awful went to one place placed the order went to pick the truck up at gas city was told no could not have it as they rented it so had to call was told when o called that it was not true it was still under my name as renting so had to cancel got another place that was decent but my card was charged 100 was not told that then was told they credited the difference back. The UHaul POS software was not working. What should have taken 10 minutes or less took 35 minutes. You need a back-up server. Renters are usually in a hurry. In my case, I had a narrow window in which I had access to the loading dock to empty my apt.James M.
