No one there. After dropping off told I had to pay 100 plus dollars Extra terrible. Uhaul said I was fine then they charged b me 109 extra WRONG! Not paying.Raymond S.

My key was not set up for 24/7 rental. I was late to my move job over 2 hours. Then I had to drive 20 minutes away to pick up a 26 foot uhaul for a 1 bedroom apartment. So I paid more in mileage and gas. Pretty unfair I had to pay more for uhauls mistake. I have had multiple problems renting the last 3 months. As a mover that rents about every week. I am very unsatisfied.Timothy L.

Trailer was full of leaves and grease. Mgr did not ask me to look at trailer and did not have me check the lights. He only refunded $50. The trailer also leaked and got 2 of my couches wet, one quite wet. They did dry when I put fans on them so I did not file a claim. At the drop off site the Mgr checked and the top forward edge of the was missing the caulk which is why it leaked inside when driving thru the rain.Cindy M.

The location was closed phone numbers on the contract were wrong and the phone number number on the door was not answered. I just locked up the truck and dropped it off. They were to be open. Not a good feeling. Not what I expected form a national company.Dennis J.

Uhaul should require all locations to have open WiFi so it is easier to do the share/pickup/return. I could not get online to do my transactions. Sat in their lot for 45 minutes only having return the next day. Very frustrating!anna M.
