Location where I picked up my truck the lock was jam. It took me 45 min to open it! I had ppl waiting on the truck to pack everything, I had to pay them an hour extra because the lock didn’t work. You guys run a company buy a good lock for customer to access easily. It only cost $30-$40. The truck didn’t have proper breaks pads, truck had less than 1/4 on gas I had to put gas I assume i can return with the same amount of gas I got it and I asked to leave it a specific level before or I would get a fee. Worst experience I will never rent one again.

He wasted my time more than an hour and didn’t have any office in that time whole process was in the street and under sharp sun. I already booked online but he canceled everything and made another contract!!! No respect no service no care about my time . Definitely disappointed.
KOOROSH EI was also accused of not returning the truck a month after my return date when I did return it on time with not so much as an apology. They’ve also attempted to charge me an additional $130 for absolutely nothing when I didn’t go over the mileage I returned it on time etc! Horrible service! Never ever again! Do not recommend
