Edward Dickie IIIWhen picking up equipment front desk gave us the third degree. We had reservations on the equipment, front desk couldn’t find it. When front desk found reservations it took them another hour and half to complete computer input. Equipment worked great, our reservations were from Yuma to Nogales Az. I called the 1 800 number because we didn’t know where drop off address was in Nogales. 1 800 transfers my call to a local area so they can tell me where to drop off the equipment. That number starts telling me that we can’t drop it off in Nogales it has to be in Green Valley. That was not going to work because the distance was much greater. They claimed all Nogales Uhaul were full, so we called the local office and asked if this was correct. Nogales Uhaul said not true go ahead and drop it off we will deal with the office in Tucson. Super annoying and stressful when already having to deal with pulling a car from one town to another and all the waiting on the phone just to get responses back and forth. After dropping it off in Nogales there seemed to be a miss communication paper wouldn’t come through as being dropped off. More time spent resolving the drop off even though we dropped it off on the 19th paperwork doesn’t reflect that it wasn’t dropped off until the 21st. Thankfully no late charges or anymore issues after that. Glad to be done with it. Too many hours spent on the phone.
Steve BrowerI would recommend this location to a friend because I think it is the only place in Nogales Arizona where you can turn one in but it was hard to find because the address took us into a strip mall next door by GPS and there was not a big sign beside the road to get in. I didn’t pay attention that it closed at 5 PM So that was probably my fault but the person who runs that office must live there because there were small dogs in a very well enclosed high back fence and the lady came out and took the key and was very cordial even though they were closed, which I really appreciate it because we had a dolly in the back with the truck and I didn’t want it to get stolen overnight and be charged for it. There was a key drop slot in the front door, we got there probably 10 or 15 minutes after 5 PM. So that was very nice of her to do that.
CATHLEEN LOCICEROPrice was not clear. Stated that it was one way and somehow I went over the mileage. Went straight to dropping off at the location and straight to dropping off the truck at a location picked not by me in which I passed other locations on the way. Stupid but I had to pay the difference for someone elses stupidity. Someone needs to get their head out of their ass at that location. Never even asked for the address I was moving to. Never again will use this location or possible not even uhaul.

FRED SHOEMAKERThe representative informed me that I had to pay an additional fee because my "UNLIMITED" mileage had gone over the amount. Overall, I ended up having to pay about $300 MORE than I had originally agreed to when I made this reservation. I can fully assure you that I will NEVER rent any type of equipment from this company. All these "hidden" fees were inexcusable.

Advised me I had to return trailer to right location and she didn't give a dam what I did with dolly cuz she wasn't taking it

This lady was so helpful I was shocked! She really went out of her way to assist me. Thank you so much and we really need more people like this in this world.

Paulette PennerI honestly would not recommend uhaul to any of my family and friends. We had the worst possible experience with uhaul/roadside assistance. I really hope the issue gets looked into and hopefully have a resolution so that this doesn't happen to anyone again.

Richard MuseThe staff needs to be more customer oriented. They did not assist me unhooking the trailer. I was told to go look for help to unhook the trailer amd no one was around to help. I would reccommend this location it is too small to accomodated or manuever the trailers to park.
