I was extremely impressed that upon returning the truck she was helping a customer with some box to their car and she called out to me by my last name (which I was impressed by bc it had been over 5:5 hours since we picked up the truck) and she said that she’ll save us a trip to the office and that she’ll take the keys and check the truck in and email us the receipt! Which I received before we made it home, we literally live 5 minutes from your facility. She’s such a great customer representative and what an asset to have that represents your company. Michael TChecking in online isn’t as smooth as you think. I think bringing the keys in should be check in. I checked in online. Got a thank you then a few hours later a phone call asking when I was returning the truck. The online process didn’t complete.

She tells you the rules and finer points of the contract right up front, what to expect so there are no surprises when the bill comes. I've already referred my brother, a co-worker, and a stranger. I'll keep up with the referrals because Tasha is professional, knowledgable and most of all fair.

Reynolds FUpon returning the vehicle, I was informed that I was at the wrong location. I showed the rep my email that shows that I was at the correct address. she wanted me to take it to another location that was an hour away. I told her that I had other obligations and that I returned it to the correct location and I was done. She then said that she was going to charge me a wrong location fee for returning the truck to the address that I was provided. Then today I received a fraudulent unauthorized charge from the location for $156 for "missing/damaged equipment". very dissatisfied with this locations staff
