Never use UHaul. In order for me to rent a vehicle, even though I was sitting in front of the person, I had to get out my phone, chase a link, then take photos of myself and my driver's license. In order to return the truck, even though it was the middle of the day (around 2pm) I had to download an app I'll never use again, then create an account for the app, then take several photos and answer a bunch of questions, all of which could have been done by the person at the counter. Worst rental experience I've ever had.

JOSEPH LThe key return box did not have the right password. Sat in the summer heat (110 Degrees) waiting for customer service. App is slow and location services was not very responsive. This delayed the return process. Ended up leaving the keys in the truck because my time is valuable and I'm not going to let Uhauls mistakes make me late.
