The instructions in the self service need to clearly specify that the truck needs to be in the background. I wasted five minutes waiting for approval and had to submit a new picture.

The charges are kind of expensive compared to what I could have got at another company and cleaning fee are you kidding me we sweep it out oh well is what it is not real happy with this rental

Don't charge fuel charges when the vehicle was filled. The gas gauge read full when I filled it. If your equipment reads faulty as full when it isn't that's your fault.

Truck was very dirty but the lady who checked it out to us was very helpful. Also no one could help us with a military discount, where if it was available it was not by way of the online stuff or at local office.

I was told upon initial call that my rate was .40 cent a mile and I was charged .69 a mile. I didn't pick my van up until about around 3 p m but I had to return it at 12 45 which is not 24 hours. So you should not quote a van at 19.99 when it's actually 89.00 a day. I was also not asked if I wanted to use a different credit card to pay, they just assumed.

The u haul truck that we rented is very hard to start. In order to start this truck, you have to wiggle up and down fast and push in hard. We were afraid to turn it off.

This location was FANTASTIC. The management and staff are competent and clearly know how to run an effective shop. For the future: please don't require my mobile device to send GPS coordinates for after-hours returns. My phone doesn't have GPS!

We had our pickup time changed 3 times on us. This affected the time we had our movers come and we had to pay them more because Uhaul kept changing the time to pick up a truck. Very unprofessional and unfair to customers.

The truck was trashed on the inside. The truck ran horribly. The gas was not filled from the previous use. I scheduled the truck for two days. When I went to pick it up they told me I only had it for 24 hours and their wasn't anything they could do because someone was suppose to pick it up the next day. Worst uhaul experience I have had.

Terrible experience. Had to return our truck a couple hours late due to a delay in our ability to move into our new rental property. The uhaul employee sent us an email saying he called the police on us for stealing the vehicle and that the truck would be impounded with all of our possessions still in the truck. I have never dealt with such a disgusting person before, if this is the standard at uhaul i will never do business with this company again.

They called to let us know the truck we ordered would be late, then told us the smaller truck was ready to go!! We were able to keep our schedule and I appreciated the information.

It needs to be clearer on the web site that the time you request the truck for isn't a guarantee. I asked for 9AM and told my friends to come help me load it at 10. The day before I was told I would get the truck at 12:30 and I didn't end up getting it until 2. Overall it was a very frustrating experience.

Have your coustomer representative be a little bit curtious towards its customers, I have 10 voice mails with rude voice and I got yelled at and been demened in front of other customers along with being fined of some 100$ I have also been insulted, and I don't appreciate the demining behavior of your employees towards its customers

The main guy was very nice and easy to work with. I would come back because of him. The blonde lady was another story. She blamed us for putting leaves and twigs in the truck amd cabin; we preceeder to tell hurt it wasn't us they were already there but it wasn't a big deal for us to comment before we left the U-Haul place. She continued to make it a big deal instead of just sucking it up and handling it like a customer service person would do. She then forgot to charge us for our Dolly and blankets when she couldn't reverse the charge she asked the gentleman for help and he said just give them a gift. She then in a snide remark said well I guess you'll be getting sweeping blankets and a dolly for free. I feel like her attitude from the moment we walked in to rent the truck to the moment we return the truck and proceeded to check out was below average and because of her I will not rent from this location again even though this is my 4th time renting a truck from this location. This is my first time encountering her and because of her attitude and lack of customer service I will not be back

There were two employees--a husband and a wife. The husband was very kind. The wife was absolutely terrible. She called me at 5:38 to tell me I was essentially out of luck because I was late (5:30 scheduled pick up). I was 2 minutes away and she told me any later than that I would be out of luck. They close at and I had previously filled out all the paper work online. She was rude through the entire encounter. The van had garbage in the cab as well as the cargo area. The pick up/drop off location was also changed to a location 12 miles away. I have used uhaul multiple times and have never had such a horrible experience.

As I was cleaning out the cab of the truck before turning it in I realized how dirty it was. There were waterbottles, a butterfly key chain and fingernail clippings left in the cab from previous customers.

The truck worked well. The only issue I had was I think the wheels may be out of alignment cause the vehicle kept pulling to the right. Otherwise, a good experience and it helped me get the move done in one trip.

Customer service was not good. One employee was downright rude and insulting. Called and left a message telling me to come earlier then I had scheduled, and when I couldn't was rude and totally rude. I would not recommend this location. The truck was fine, but the customer service was severely lacking.

The website showed the location right by my home, which is where I thought I was picking up the truck. The rental actually happened at the other location, nearly doubling my mileage, which added about another $10 to the rental cost. If you can't meet the need at the promised location, I would think you would at least credit the mileage back.

This was my second time this month. They were terrific to work with. They gave me all the information and joked with me about where to park when I returned. I would definitely recommend then to others.

The employees did not communicate with each other. I was told to bring the truck in before midnight, but received several calls and an email that said I should have returned the truck by noon. It was just a am-pm typo. Next time reverify with coworkers before calling with wrong accusations.

check in was painful only because I had done the online pre-check in but was asked the exact same questions when I walked in - saving me NO time. the check out process was great - very helpful (I didn't want to get gas in the truck for fear of damaging it) - the gentleman that helped me told me what the difference would be between filling up and not so I could make that decision myself. thanks for the help!

Overall, the job got done. Unfortunately I was charged for pads that I didn't use. I informed the company, but I don't think they cared. I never heard back. I doubt that somebody is actually reading this anyway.

There was oil in the bed of the moving truck and my husband slipped and fell. When he called Uhaul to let them know, they did nothing to remedy the situation. This could have turned into a much worse situation and I am not satisfied with this location.

Our vehicle had multiple scrapes and damages on it The lady who helped us get the haul was nice but we filled the tank literally right across the steeet to as full as we could and got charged for two gallons of gas that was missing. If you can't even fully refuel it across the street then that extra charge is not acceptable.
