I was told I could drop the pads and truck at the same location. When I received my drop off receipt, it stated I was charged $20 for dropping the pads off at the wrong location. How was I suppose to know they should be dropped off at a different location? I wasn't told they should go elsewhere. I was told to leave the in the back of the truck when I drop it off. Seems pretty bogus.

I was not able to extend/edit my truck reservation online and had to call in to get that done. If it was made available online, that would be easier. The person I spoke to was very nice and helpful though.

This was not the location that I had booked - was called about one hour prior to pick up that there was a new pick up location. When we arrived was informed they had no moving dollies or moving blankets that had been reserved. Those items were refunded - but I needed to have these to move - vry disappointing. Vehicle windshield was covered with dead, splattered bugs from last move. Needed to be cleaned - which I did at the closest gas station. Did not feel the office clerk was friendly.

Horrible experience, I needed to extend the use of the 17 foot truck because I re injured my right shoulder and was an formed by Ashley with Move It Self Storage and a man there who I just assumed was with Move It Self Storage also insisted that I return the truck I later found out from Ashley after I contacted UHaul to complain; that he Adam Reed was an area manager with UHaul. I was informed that someone from UHaul would follow up with me regarding my complaint this has yet to happen.

My pick-up location was moved the day before my appointment, and I was not notified until 4:30pm, that didn't give me very much time to change my plans, or to even call customer service to confirm. Also, I rented a 10 foot truck, but was forced to rent a 15 foot truck the day of. The pick up location was actually great. Ashley from "Move It" self storage (not a Uhaul company) was very helpful, but I am very disappointed with the apparent bait-and-switch Uhaul has pulled on me.

I'm pretty sure her name was Amanda, and she's the Uhaul Queen! She called me to keep me updated when I was late with the truck, offering helpful solutions, and managed to make my moving day a little less stressful. Definitely recommend this location!!!

The truck was not my problem the transaction went smooth, Truck was good. my problem was acording to u-haul was the bank. I got charged twice. for my estimate and then the final bill which was 7 dollars above my estimate. a week later and still showing i double paid....not sure why this happens, was told I need to talk to the bank, but I didn't create this problem, so wasn't happy when I was told that it was up to me to solve it.....

Truck was filthy on the outside. Needed sweeping out on the inside. Smelled of burning oil and put out smoke when driving. Parking lot was difficult to maneuver in, particularly when backing out of the parking space.

I was upset that I was charged a refueling charge when I put more than enough gas in the truck for what I drove. I was refunded the fee after reaching out. The check in process was very pleasant. The office was very clean and smelled great and the associate helping me was very friendly.

All fee should be included in initial application. I ended up paying almost $60 on a space you said I need $25 to move in. It is deceptive because if insurance is the LAW it should be an up front included cost.

I rate the locations as excellent but I rate uhaul as the company and their website/logistics department as absolute worst. If your going to pick my "pick up" and "drop off" locations for me, then DONT ASK ME where I want to "pick up" and "drop off"!! Just get my zip code and then tell me. Or as for better customer service, have someone drive the truck I want to the location I want before I pick it up!! You changed both my pick up and drop off locations which means me picking was a total waste of time (whether it's seconds or not). This is a dumb way for you to annoy your customers cuz then it's up the pick up location to call the customer to confirm the changed location. Sometimes that doesn't happen and then people are wondering wtf is going on!
