Well I dropped a truck off and they checked within 2 or 3 days later so they need to do a better job with checking in the equipment they also charge me an extra day but management did taken off that I was pleased with

I will never use U-Haul for anything ever again. They charged me $292 for a $59.95 a day car dolly that I had for 21 hours. Then on top of that, the U-Haul drop off location (Xtreme clean) charged me $21 late fee.

Great customer service! However the computer glitch that occurred when insurance was denied caused a 20 minute delay to an otherwise 10 minute interaction. Thankfully it was finally successful and we were able to continue on our way. We felt badly for the lady helping us.

The seat belts could be cleaned/sanitized better.. ours were stinky. We overfilled the gas tank but that was our oversight.

The overall UHaul online reservation system was more than disappointing. However...I can't say enough about the folks at Trace. They were awesome and able to help me when I talked to them in person. The Cedar Lake lady I talked to was very nice and helpful too. She just didn't have the truck I needed. Lesson learned...call the individual dealers and skip the online mess.

I had originally called to get a pick up truck and when I got to the pick up location, I learned they had a 10 ft. truck for me. I feel I could have gone somewhere closer to my town, as Lowell is about 15 miles away, and gotten the same truck. The location was very nice however.

My issue was not with the location of the pick up or drop off but with Uhaul. Twice in 1 week no one called me to confirm my reservation location. I was routed to 4 different stores and had to completely change my travel plans costing over $500. I am extremely disappointed with Uhaul and will do all I can to rent from someone else next time.

We dropped off the trailer on Sunday, Sept 24th at a 24 hr drop off location which was the day it was suppose to be returned. Received an email the next morning on Monday , Sept 25th with a $29.96 charge to my debit card for returning it a day late. I contacted Trace Automotice, the drop off location and was told I needed to contact the 1800 number. Took them a half hour to tell me I need to wait for a supervisor to return my phone call. Still haven't heard back. Unbelievable

Very unhappy since we got stuck with a 15' instead of a 20', which is what we reserved. We always have an unhappy experience with uhaul. Every time we have rented one, which has been 3 times in the past 3 years, it's been a disaster. I would NOT recommend uhaul to anyone.

I had ordered a dozen blankets. I added an additional order of a dozen more when I got there & paid cash for them. They were in 2 sealed plastic bags. So I didn't count them. There were only 6 in each bag & one bag had moisture in it. We had to hang them along the deck to dry before we could use them. I didn't report this until I was asked why I had returned only 12. I only received 12 but paid for 24.
