William Sneed to get in touch with my rep who set up my acct. was supposed to get 650 free miles. and they only gave me 500 free miles. so i went over in miles and had to pay. but over all truck was fine no problems
MARC MPick up on site was a bit extended. I thought I had done everything I needed to do online to just show ID and get keys.

Mike RI was charged fees that weren’t disclosed, I was told the mileage was unlimited and still charged more . The tires were bald and the ride was extremely dangerous,

Marie SWe did a 24/7 pick up. Ray at Trading Post made it super easy by picking out a great 26’ truck for us. It had cruise control and everything worked on it, including all the lights inside the cargo area. It even had a USB outlet. He made sure all 24 blankets were in the back and called me to let me know it was pulled up front and the keys would be waiting for us in the box when we did the pick up through the app. Ray was super helpful! Thank you!

Holly CI rented the double axel covered trailer and it handled without issues and ran smoothly without any wiggle or sway. The cost of rental has gone way up on the cargo truck so I had to settle for a trailer.
Charles EI was able to rent the truck, but the facility was very dirty and disorganized. The truck itself was clean inside and out, but was in terrible condition. Rear tires were almost bald, fronts had brand new, they needed to balanced/aligned, and the engine/transmission was very sluggish. Overall, truck maintenance seemed to be nonexistent.
Chad BMaintain your equipment. The automatic brakes on the car trailer i rented wasnt working. The mechanism that acuaits the brakes was stuck and caused my brakes to overheat and caused me to acquire brake fade going down a mountian. Someone with less knoweldge could have been injured. Its sad when the renter has to repair the equipment that they rent.
Joseph KThe gentleman tried to get my husband to purchase more insurance, told him that the road safety was not on it, when it was! There was no one working upon return of the trailer which also wasn't good. But the most upsetting part was the right turn signal and brakelights didn't work and the connection stayed hot! The man on the 800 phone number was great and helpful upon reserving the unit. Will use another place for pick up and drop off!
teresa mThe truck was not correctly marked with damage. The fuel/gas level was marked higher than it actually was and this gave me issues when dropping off, even though I used the app at pick-up and took a picture of the correct level. The mileage was also listed as lower than it actually was.
Todd RThe truck was clean however there was no working AC in the truck. It was cool when I picked up the truck so I did not have it on until about an hour into my drive. Extremely hot driving to FL.
