claudia -Cost of one way trailer rental was very high. I drove back to this location to save over $150.00 Quite shocking that the price was double to go to Morehead City just 30 minutes further than the drop off location I chose in order to save money. .

Ronda RI rented a utility trailer and it has a coupler with a screw down latch. These are a real pain to use, especially after they have had a lot of use. I would recommend replacing those with couplers with a lever latch. Other than that everything worked great and it got the job done.
Timothy IReturning equipment was difficult due to your website not being able to upload pictures. Location was closed and had to leave trailer on the side of road which was safe but but not secure.

LANDON PWe had planned to pick up the truck before opening hours and they were helpful with leaving it outside the fence for us; however, once we logged into the app it became a headache. The app is not user friendly at all. It is just easier to wait until they open and deal with a person.

Steven CThis was actually my first experience with renting from UHaul, so my comparable evaluation is somewhat limited! I will however say that I was treated well and kept well informed. The pick-up was seamless and without issue. Return was after the closing hours and instructions were to simply drop the trailer off outside the gate. Fortunately all went well. Overall, a pleasant experience!

RENE SVery efficient drop off. Place was trashy in appearance. The rate I paid was far above what I had paid in the past. Definitely will try and find another trailer rental company in the future.
Steven DThe store as a whole needs to communicate better and don't treat your customers way better then they do I have been in customer service for 20 years and I have never been somewhere that will cancel your reservation because you wanted to go outside and make a phone call to make sure everything would be okay and then when you finally booked the truck and you come back to get the dolly for your car they're not going to double charge you for something you were already charged for him was told you were charged for and be very rude I should not have had to pay 300 and $400 to rent a truck and a dolly for my car and have to pay the same charge over plus they don't give you your equipment like your Dolly until you come back and ask for it later on in the day so no I will not be recommending this store to anyone

RENE SWe were very satisfied with process; even when we were earlier than expected.
ROGER KWe tried to call the site at 330pm but no answer. Got there at 415pm and it was closed but the sign said open until 5pm. Not a big deal but there is not designated parking so we left it at the curb. I get that it was a holiday weekend but would suggest you are advised of early closings in advance. Also, why was dropping it off at Martin Luther King Blvd not an option? This one was much further away.
