The pick up and drop off location was great, very close to where we were moving from. Not including anything to do with the location, we had a terrible experience the entire rental process. We had trouble making the reservation, we talked with a very rude UHalul representative, we ordered a dolly that was not on the truck, the truck was dirty when we picked it up and the gas tank was completely empty upon pick up. Since we picked up the truck after hours, we tried using the app which did not work properly. We had to call the main UHaul # to get the trucked checked out to us. The whole experience turned me off from ever wanting to use UHaul again.Gary G.

At time of pickup location had a lot of vehicles at location that was a bit concerning for navigation of lot to get the trailer hooked up. However, on return, the lot was much better organized and drop off was much easier.Gary F.

Employee was nice enough but the location parking lot was pretty cramped to pull a 26' truck into We initially received a bill for gas fill up. My husband sent the company documentation of fill up and mileage and they reversed it. But that never should have happened It looks,like it was just added without even checkingWayne K.

Business was closed at scheduled pickup time, no help. Called Uhaul, completed paperwork via phone, hitched up trailer myself, took it home and had to sweep out dirt and leaves before loading up. No further problems.Jon S.

The drop off person was not there. I received a bill for additional charges including extra day, gas and fill up charges. I called and Mandy said she would refund $94.00 of $110 charge. Still waiting for this to show up on bank 3-5 business days. If so, I will consider this a higher rating.Timothy G.
