Originally two months ago, i had reserved a 15 foot truck so it had the ramps but uHaul sent me an email five days prior to pick up that the 15 foot wasn’t available and I’d have to choose something else. I explained why I needed the 15 foot and they said “sorry this doesn’t have a ramp but it’s all we have so I had to take it. On the move day, the “find my truck” app didn’t work and customer service wasn’t super helpful. The uHaul office at the gas station was closed on the weekends in Swift and the attendant at the gas station initially said he had nothing to do with uHaul but once a manager from uhaul spoke to him on the phone he went into the uHaul office and got our keys and contract. Not sure why he didn’t do that half an hour before when we explained the issues we were having with the app. On dropping off I had filled the tank and it was only to have under 3/4 in it but uHaul ended up charging me for 6 miles ($7.40) over the allotted distance as well as charged me on my Visa an additional $14.45 but wasn’t able to explain what this charge was for. Overall a very frustrating and disappointing experience with uHaul.

Better business hours. The trailer had to be dropped off outside of business hours (2 o'clock on a Saturday). You should be open on a Saturday

Only one guy to do all the rentals so it can get a lineup. But he is fast and efficient and this is Swift Current so chill out and enjoy the wait.

The truck we rented was very new and worked great BUT was not able to be hooked up to the auto dolly we had rented due to electrical failure. The Uhaul dealer was willing to try an upgraded trailer but it also did not work, which meant it was the truck that was at fault. This resulted in us having to drive an extra 10 or so hours with another driver in our personal vehicle due to the dolly/trailer could not be hooked up. That was frustrating and very inconvenient.

My reservation for a car hauler was messed up by Uhaul 2 days in a row after reserving it over a week earlier. I had to drive 3 hrs each way to Swift Current and back on my own time and gas to pick up the closest unit. No apologies by the Regina Park Street location and no explanation as to why my car hauler was not available. The customer service was poor and the trailer mechanic was rude to me. No discount after all my troubles and nobody at Uhaul cared. I will never rent from Uhaul again!!

N9thing, very friendly and helpful. He did all the work with the hookup all I did was check the lights. This person only looked after the Uhaul so he was very helpful.

The young man that helped me wasn't a UHaul employee. He was great!! My complaint is that when I went online to rent a trailer it said there was no trailers available there. And wanted me to go way out of my way to pick one up. When I drove past there I noticed at least 15 trailers on the lot.

i arrived after hours, there was supposed to be a way to check in with my phone. The clerk in the gas station told me no keys were available for the trucks. ie no lock box outside or on the back of the trucks. i had to call the manager for the region who was very helpful but delayed our pick up considerably. the keys were available in a locked office which the clerk had access to.

I dropped off the trailer on a Saturday & was surprised to find a company rep. there to verify the return of the trailer Found the drop-off location easily, guided by the address info. provided when I picked up the trailer Lots of u-haul trailers on-site so I knew I had the right place. Lot was muddy with water lying in area where trailers are stored
