I called to drop off - owner told me to just open the gate and leave the trailer on his yard. This was on a Sunday but their website showed them being open. Didn't really have a problem with dropping it off with no one there but I made it a point to tell him to make sure U-Haul was notified promptly that I had returned the trailer. Nearly a month later I get a call from U-Haul saying they don't have any record of when and where I dropped off the trailer. Wasn't really happy with that.
