The truck was full of mud and water to the point I could not load my furniture on my planned day.It caused me to have the uhaul a extra half a day and now they are charging me for it.

LANDON PThere was some stuff in the cup holder but otherwise was ok and the guy was friendly but the woman I turned it into seemed to not know I was bringing it back in early. I brought it back at 4:10pm and I had it rented out tell 10pm but she made it seem like I was late bringing it back.
Matthew WMy original pickup location was the Hobby store just outside Chocowinity on Highway 33. We arrived early and waited until about 15 minutes past the pickup time. Nobody was present from the store. I called Uhaul and found out that the truck meant to be picked up by me hadn't been prepared for pick up. Not UHaul's fault but never use that location, if you need a Uhaul in Beaufort County please go to one of the Washington locations.

Alice MTwice in the past 2 years I have reserved U-Haul equipment in advance and twice the unit reserved was not available. The first time I had to drive well over 2 hours round trip to secure equipment that was reserved. This time was a little easier and close however, again I was left to scramble to find equipment that was reserved days before.
David PThere was some mixup on the date but was straightened out and I had no problems.

Patrick BBlankets were not in vehicle. The pick up location was already 25 minutes away from the originally scheduled location so I had to drive to a third location.
Olivia HIm very disappointed regarding location drop off information. U drove to Asheville NC and called Rannie at. Uhaul place 828 276 5201 I wanted to drop off and was told it be better to drive it back to Washington NC was told it would cost be more money 300 to 500 more if I left it in Asheville. So I decided to take back to Washington. The man in Washington said it been cheaper to left in Asheville. It cost me 318.42 more to drive back!! 2 Uhaul company told me take back where i got. Wrong information! I will not use U Haul again cause 2 company gave me wrong information. If they rent U Haul they should have correct info for customers.
Danny DWould suggest not changing your customer's reserved pick up location without a phone call to them after hours on the evening before their scheduled move date.

James HWe were charged for insurance without asking us if we wanted it. We did not need it as we were covered by our own insurance.
