In this case, thankfully a family friend knew the owners and we could personally call them, which is the same thing that happened last time we had to pick up from a Greenville location. Idk why this town always has issues.

Peter S.The facility that handled my reservation finally was wonderful. However, it was a complete mess up to that point. No one called me to have my hitch inspected as the email said they would and the facility that was supposed to handle it didn't even have the reservation and had no idea what I was talking about (Ansonia Auto Parts). Then it wasn't ready so we lost half a day trying to track it down. Then the size we reserved wasn't even available and we had to go with a bigger trailer than we needed and it was just a major headache. Not sure I would use UHaul again after this fiasco.

DAVID F.We had to wait for an hour because our uhaul was not checked in from when the last person returned it. Then the business added on safemove and other fees that we did not want, and changed our drop off location! Still waiting on a refund from uhaul!

Johnathon K.Have more of a size selection. Allow more than just the exact mileage to your destination from the pick up of the truck. Should be able to pay with cash without haveing to make a extra deposit because you choose to pay with cash.
