When I signed on with U-Haul I was assured a trailer would be near my residence near Scottsdale. The day prior to picking up the trailer, I was told I would need to travel approx. 160 miles round trip to pick up the trailer. I not only spent approx. 4 hours but also in excess of a 1/2 of tank of gas. There were several trailers at the site of the pickup which should have been moved to the Scottsdale area or simply redistributed. Better communication would do a great deal.Patrick M.
The Globe location was great but our original booking in Mesa was absolutely terrible!!! ðŸ˜« And the whole experience with Uhaul was terrible!!!! Booked three weeks in advance, received a call the day before that everything was all set, got to the Mesa location early was told that they would have the trailer in about 1 hour. Came back an hour later and they couldn't find our reservation and once they found the reservation we were told they did not have a trailer for us! And the staff there was extremely rude and unprofessional!!!!Carlos C.

Truck cab was filthy spilt soda all over the place. Truck cab wreaked of smoke and there was dried food on top of the steering wheel. Showed the guys at the location I pick it up at and all he said was sorry. Did not even try to fix the issue. I had to clean the cab of the truck my self. I think I should be compensated in some way.Charles S.

I would really like to compliment the Globe U-Haul. The gentleman who worked there inspected the trailer very closely and found cupping on the tire. He had someone come and change the tire immediately. I really appreciate his close attention to detail. I felt confident and comfortable traveling to through the dessert knowing that the trailer we had was safe and reliable.Kathleen R.

Whereas I marked that the equipment was clean, the windshield of the truck was extremely covered with the splatter of dead bugs. It was not simply a matter of wiping them of, rather I had to scrape and wipe. Also, if this would have been my truck, I would take it to the shop to have the front-in examined. Jon was exceptional! He was fast and efficient with my UHaul experience! He hooked my trailer and explained how to back up with my trailer hooked and checked the lights. I made and paid for my rental online so I was in and out in a matter of minutes! His prices for the ball joint was better than Tractor Supply...I went there then went back and bought Jon's! I had reserved a 10' truck online figured out my budget accordingly but a 10' truck wasn't available, I was given the next available size 26' truck which I appreciate it made it possible for me to make my move, only thing is I ended up using more gas than I expected and on the last stretch of my road I ended up having to overdraft my account only because my budgeted was planned out for a 10-foot truckPenny H.

I really think it is ridiculous that I rented a 5x8 trailer from Saturday to Monday but had to pay for 5 days instead of 3. I was told that it what UHaul allows for the move and that is what we have to charge. Dumb, just dumb. If I need a trailer for 3 days, I should only have to pay for 3 days regardless of where I return it.Terry H.
We got the appliance blankets thinking we might need them, we did not use them or even take them out of the plastic , I felt we should have gotten the $ back for those, the truck is advertised for $29.95 for the one we got we put less than 10 miles one the truck and it ended up costing almost $100. We were really saved by this experience. We were traveling in a three car caravan with 8 children when one of our vehicles broke down. I went to the tri city I hula but they were closed for the holiday. I was able to get a hold of a rep over the phone who came to our rescue and allowed us to rent the trailer over the phone. We picked up the unit on Friday because the South Sioux City NE location was not open on Sat or Sunday. I am unsure if the web site allowed me to change a delivery date or if uhaul picked the return date. I was charged a late fee because I returned it at 3:30 instead of 10:00 am. No fault of the return place. Should not have been charged a late fee. It was there and they had many others on the lotGlen B.
