Mr. UHAUL: You charge my card without my permission there was nobody there to check in the vehicle I checked in with the operator the local office was closed even though it was posted that they were supposed to be open and then they took the liberty of charging my card without my permission I'm gonna disputing entire charge I'm going to report you this is just a Visa MasterCard and I'm gonna see what I can do to help you folks lose your merchant account for the way you're conducting business it's a simple as that did I use the truck yes I did was I quoted to figure no none of the stuff was t it's closed so therefore it's a deceptive trade practices I'm also going to file a complaint with the department of consumer affairs at the Ohio Attorney General's office and I bet you after that you'll stop you're dumb shit and your tactics the way you treat customers just because you have access to the car does not give you permission I don't give a shit what you say to hit my card for the final amount without reviewing the bill with me like I had mentioned with the lady on the toll-free number the local office number was called forwarded and I recorded that conversation so if anyone decides to have selective memory or temporary amnesia I got your dumb ass. I'm also contact the local police department and file a complaint there as well ! Bill Jervis 614-620-7739

After arriving at the first location to pick up my reserved trailer, no one was there at the agreed upon time. So, they steered me to Bellefontaine in which they had the same trailer available.
