Clean the uhaul before next person rents. You expect me to clean and if I don’t you charge. Better customer service. I’ve been renting uhauls for several years and this by far was the worst and I probably won’t rent anymore uhauls.

Jeffery SawyerWho ever checked my truck in lied about the fuel. My paperwork said to leave at 1/4 which I did and have pictures proving, how ever the final receipt I was emailed said I left it at 1/8 and charged me for fuel plus the service fee.

Put gas in it but still didn’t fill it . Very unprofessional. He did pick me up and was a nice person . But doing business was not good
james breedloveHad a scheduled pickup of 8am. Arrived and no one was there. After reserving 2 nights ahead of time. Had to find a phone number a talk to someone over the phone that kept dropping signal that was also a very young child doing the work. The trailer I reserved was hooked up to a 26' uhaul that I had to take a picture of its mileage to send to the child on the phone in order to receive the car trailer that I reserved that was attached to the uhaul that a previous customer had used. Another customer arrived there and was seeking service and I gave him the number which I received from the gas station next to the uhaul location.
Jason SnappNo one was around. Had to call a number on side of building. They told me to drop the trailer in a nasty muddy area with water filled holes, then take pictures of the trailer and send them to the person on the phone. They finally sent confirmation of drop off. The person on the phone was a young kid. The whole process seemed sketchy and had the feeling I would be charged additional money. Very poor service.
