The transporter I rented had a useless right-side tire tie down strap. We didn't find out till we were home and short on time. Had to use only one strap! It was worn off from previously dragging on the street. I reported it to the one who checked me in. I wonder if he took action and had it fixed before renting it out again. -- "Major Safety Issue"!!

When we picked up our uhaul, we were told to have it back at 5:00 pm on Monday, June 5. So we worked very hard to get to the drop-off location by that time. However, when we dropped it off at 4:30 pm, they told us the drop-off time was actually supposed to be at 10:00 am of that day, so we were charged extra. We were very disappointed in the miscommunication regarding this.

Served my purpose with no complaint other than I had to drive all the way to Corinth, Mississippi to find an available cargo van even while passing several uhaul locations on the way.
