Great Service. Full explanation of various optional charges instead of a pressure tactic I have experienced at other dealers. Plenty of safe parking for my car while I had the truck out for a few hours. I will definitely be back.

Clement DI needed to rent a van at another location but the previous renter was late bringing it back. When they did, the smell of the vehicle was absolutely unbearable. So I went through Trojan Storage and got a U Haul van from them twice in two weeks. They are great and everything was quick and easy. They don’t waste your time and are friendly and professional.

john mAfter hours pick up. The code to the box to get the key was wrong. One digit off. Luckily we tried different codes and were able to get the key. It would have messed up our whole move had we not been able to pick up the truck that day.

Brian RThe wait time to pick up was 35 minutes because their internet is terrible. I had to use my hot spot for them to be able to complete my check in. Could have been a 5 minute transaction with average internet. People were apologetic for their known terrible hot spot internet. Bad business decision to make a customer use their phone to complete the transaction. If you bring your own internet it’s a fine location
greg sThe employee was at the bank for my drop off but she answered my call and gave me instructions on what to do from there. I dropped it off and she processed my return when she got back and I had my receipt within and hour. Very friendly and convenient. Thank you!!
Jeff JDrop off location for one way move. No credits or modifications to contract could be rendered by representative on site. It was a $525 fee and all I was looking for was the extra $20.52 addition for mileage. Provided an additional quarter tank of full which UHaul will benefit.
