Gentleman ant the Oxnard store was very nice! I wasn’t expecting much service since we rented on a Sunday, but he provided A+ services. Would highly recommend your location.

GREGORY DENTTried to drop off the UHAUL after hours and then once I finished the online drop off process, it asked to leave the keys in the drop off box but there wasn’t a box at the location. There was a sticker on the window saying it was 24/7 UHAUL so I don’t understand why it didn’t have a drop off box for keys

Ryan ChapmanI was not told able replacing the fuel, I believe that if aa customer is to replace fuel the the representative and the customer take a walk around and discuss the truck and policies. This was not done. In fact the amount of fuel that was stated was not in fact what was in the truck. If policy says replace fuel that is fine, but both parties should be on the same page. Trojan needs to be aware and not hand the keys over and say good bye

Lillian CastellonI didn't know , the milage was 73 cents a mile ? I should have rented a car . I don't make enough money to pay off the 1,000 dollars . I thought it was $250 a week , so after we added it up , I wasn't expecting it to be over $1,500 . I truly misunstood! I liked , that Emmanuel didn't give me a hard time , when I asked for the prince , he said the price wasn't accurate without milage but he said $500 and something so I thought oh ok $250 a weekcould pay that off but I couldn't be more wrong . When I got the Van in the back was dirty ,so I swept it out before I returned it ! I m afraid I will never rent a Van that long ever , unless I was homeless

Christine MortonI was provided a pick up time of 8AM. Drove the 40 miles (which was unreasonable to begin with) to pick up the truck at 8AM and found out the pick up location opened at 10AM. Truck had snack wrappers and used masks in the cab.

However, the gentleman who helped us was really understanding and gave us moving blankets for free. He also allowed us to drop off the van 30 minutes late without charge. He made the experience better.

Because of u hauls lack of caring, I had to make 2 trips instead of one costing me an extra day rental, $50 extra in gas and more time. The dealer I rented this trailer from was great, u haul. Not so much, a week ahead reservation and u haul couldn't fulfill my needs, BS.
