The trailer hitch needed to be repaired when I was there to pick up the trailer, and a wire harness needed to be replaced, but the gentlemen helping me worked hard to get everything fixed. Only a 45 minute delay.

MICHAEL L.The first trailer I picked up had a bad front tire on the very inside of the tire. I could not see it from the outside. Only when I looked closely when I got it gone I noticed the tire was bald. Upon further inspection I noticed the entire front him assembly was bent and causing the fire and wheel to severely toe in. I called back and the rental place had another trailer so I returned the first one and got the next one. The second one worked great.

When I checked in for my truck it took 45 minutes for the vehicle to be released and given access to the code to get the keys. I called the hotline and waited 20 minutes with no answer. I used the chat and no one answered for 45 minutes. Very dissatisfied and disappointed!

RONNIE E.Overall it went ok. Truck was in excellent condition and ready when we needed it. However, the process was frustrating. When I received text to confirm reservation, it requested me to contact the number provided at the business of pick up. The number however has been disconnected. Calling Uhaul was no help. I had to do my own investigating to find another number of contact. In addition, the 10 furniture pads I requested were not in the truck. Very inconvenient in the moving process. Also, I have been billed for them. I have contacted Uhaul through multiple outlets and am not receiving any feedback or a refund. Again, frustrating. So, the truck was great -costumer service awful.

Also, I have to ask them tomorrow how come there was an additional charge on our card that was not explained to us. It simply deducted a charge on our card.
