you missed the point with this survey about the locations. The overall experience with U-Haul itself was awful. Changes, poor communication, people calling 5 times, other locations unable to help. U-haul, online and on the phone is terrible.Bill H.

Everything was great other than the trucks ac did not work and I had the truck for 2 days in +30 weather, and the rear cargo lights did not work so was hard to see at night unloadingGuy D.

This rental was not available at the initial Winnipeg location that we had confirmed online. We were called two days before the pick-up day to drive to a Selkirk location for 10am. We arrived at the appointed time and place but did not acquire the car trailer until 5pm. The staff had no idea that the reservation was made, if they did such reservations, or how their system worked. We did as they asked and returned at a later time once they had figured things out, but it pushed our moving schedule back quite a bit. This rental was inconvenient and costly.JanÃ¨le F.

The Uhaul had drink spill on passenger seat, bits of straw in cab and storage compartment. Overall, cleaner than the Uhaul I rented in September 2019. Adam at True North Location was exceptional with his help.Richard E.

Truck was not inspected prior to arrival, box was full of snow and the requested equipment (2 dollies) was not available at the location, operator was unable to figure out how to remove 1 dolly from invoice, operator did not know the checkin/checkout procedure, truck door latch at rear isnt in good functioning order and is INCREDIBLY difficult to close, operator was prepared to send me on my way without the latch securely locked in place. Operator was easily flustered and frustrated. Operator was rude when I asked to speak to uhaul rep directly rather than hear information second had from him.Chantalle L.

We went to Selkirk True Noth Motors and inquired as to whether they had a 6 x12 trailer availabe on short notice. They did, and were accommodating. The staff were friendly and happy to assist us. I would definately go bsck if the need arises again and I would recommend to anyone who needs a uhaul.theresa F.

No issues with the pickup location. My issues are with the fact that we had to change pick-up locations twice and that the truck we rented did not have a working Air Conditioner. Overall, I'm not at all satisfied with my uHaul experience.Charles J.
