If I could give negative stars I would. First of all, I was unable to rent the utility dolly because the workers had trouble on the Uhaul website, the workers handling the reservation and it took forever just to get the keys and go. The Uhaul had a quarter tank of gas when we received it. We returned it with a little less than half a tank but we were charged $50 in fuel charges. In addition, they said we drove 70 miles, I went back and Google mapped out route. It was $50 at most. I was charged 15 dollars for insurance I opted out of as well $215 is outrageous for 8 hours w/ using little gas or miles. When I returned the Uhaul, it took 30 mins to drop off the keys, the workers helped 5 other people that came after me, and said I had to wait. I would never recommend or use Uhaul again.

mark gOriginal drop off was a Market in Paris, TN. But they told me they couldn't extend a day and had nothing to do with haul other than a drop off. Very unprofessional and not at all helpful. True care pharmacy however went out of their way, even trying to call the market to work it out but got the same response. They inspected my rental turn in and processed it immediately. Would recommend them to anyone.
Sylvia PProblems stemmed from the on-line reservation system. The location wasn't aware of a reservation when i arrived. Then had to re-enter all the information from scratch. The employees seemed a bit awkward at the system themselves. Being primarily a pharmacy and uhaul being a side hustle for them that's to be expected. They were polite and friendly however. When it came time to connect to the trailer we had to "go look and see which one had all the lights working". Indeed it did take two tries to find one that had working lights. Why aren't these checked upon return from the previous renter and marked for repair if not ? There was no one else there thankfully but what should have been 10 minutes in and out ended up being 30.

Xabriel VTell the truth. I got a 250 mile credit thinking that was 250 x the mileage rate $0.40 which would have been a $100 of my rental. I paid the full quoted amount. You also have charged me twice for the same piece of equipment. I got a confirmation as to the location that I could pick up both pieces of equipment on Thursday. At 7:15 pm CST on Thursday the 29th of July I received a call stating that my equipment was not available due to overbooking. Not my problem. I see your burying the truth deep in your agreement, but I honestly feel like you are a bait and switch company. You gave me miles that I didn’t need and never gave me any compensation for my time which is just as valuable. I would like the second charge removed from one of my cards and a $100 dollar credit where I feel like I was misled. I would welcome a call from a supervisor but I am sure this will not happen.

Angela WThe 26 foot truck was a nightmare. Steering 30 degrees off, truck was very difficult to handle, shimmed all over the road. It was to be a new truck, but it certainly has numerous handling problems. Cost a lot of extra time for a person on a timeline. Delivery of a truck in this condition is extremely dangerous. This truck had to be scheduled for repairs but was to be reserved for pickup so it was delivered to the pickup area as is. Guaranteed in the future any vehicle I rent will be driven before I pay this large sum of money and refused if it doesn’t preform perfectly.
