Geoff DThe location personnel installed an auto trailer on my veh. I actually towed one hundred miles with out a problem. Upon my arrival, as I began to load a car onto the trailer and the trailer raised up from the hitch ball (it was not locked down) and put a dent in the tailgate of my new truck. I was not happy but there was no one there when I returned at 5P.M. that same day. Guess I'll bear the expense of the malfunction myself.

DAVID WIt was annoying that when I went to pick up the rental we find out that I couldn't because one of my friends who is now deceased had once rented a U-haul about a year ago and I was the driver and apparently they owed like $14 so that was kind of an issue. I would recommend that in the future if there is a problem, U-haul should notify the person when the reservation is made and not when they go to pick up a rental. However, that is not the fault of the person that was working at this location.

RAY LLocation was very convenient to my end destination. The facility was clean and the customer service was awesome. Using the online app made check out and return extremely easy. I would use and recommend this location again.

KEVIN LThe car hauler was very old and well used. The license plate was badly mangled, the side lights did not work which made it hard to see the sides at night. Chains were way too long and bounced on the road the entire way. One tire was almost bald.

Jason MI reserved a truck and car dolly two weeks before I moved. I was able to pick up the truck but no car dolly. I was told to go to Long Beach and pick up the car dolly but the place was closed. Then I was told to drive all the way to East Biloxi to find a car dolly there. The car dolly was not hooked up right and I was doing the hook up myself. The left turn signal did not work on the car dolly and they couldn’t fix it. So I just drove it where I needed to go. I drove 63 miles total looking for a car dolly.

Charles BI only had to drop off the trailer here but it took all of a minute and was very convenient for me in a super busy time after our move. The lady working was very nice and helpful.

tom dOriginally we were to drop off at Jerry's triangle pawn, but we're met with a fairly rude person who just said they had no room and to drop it at Tucker Road. When we went there, they had closed but the lady was still there and helped us out even though she was pretty full herself. Do not go to Jerry's triangle pawn for anything.
Charity NVery nice staff.. but they did not have the equipment I had already requested and booked. They had me going back and forth between two locations to get it all in order. Again, very friendly people but they aren’t very organized & prepared.
I love this location. The lady who works there is awesome and very helpful.

BILLY LAllow a piece of rental equipment to have a partial payment for being four hours past the twenty four hour rental period. I rented from Tucker Self Storage for years but they will not see me again. They charged me for an extra day. Is this the way your corporate organization wants their customers treated? Good bye U-Haul!

Eugene BI was assigned to pick up at this store and they were not open. I spent 1 hour on the phone with customer service to get the issued resolved. I feel U-Haul customer service needs a lot of work.
Leslie MChecking the truck out on Friday morning went well; no issues, in and out quickly. When I went to return the truck on Saturday morning, it took between 25-30 minutes. The lady was friendly enough, but she spent more time texting than trying to get me checked-in. Her phone went off a lot, and each time she immediately turned her attention to it.) What's more, two other customers came in (at separate times) while I was there, to take care of their storage bills. She stopped checking me in both times and helped the other customers; they were in and out in no time.
