Everything went very smoothly. Staff was wonderful through the process.
Jacob C.“BBQ comes before U-Haul†you'll have to wait! That's what I was told. Then the lady didn't know how to work the iPad, so she handed it to me to enter the info. I didn't know how, so I got on my phone and entered it. The whole process took an hour. Returning was simple. She said “wait a minute, he's here, let me go get him.†He showed up in a couple minutes and said you're good to go in a few seconds! Make sure you get him and not her.

george T.The agent at the location did not do any paperwork as this is a bbq restaurant and it was lunch time. Because of this there was significant confusion about pick up. Several texts and phone calls asking if we still needed the rsvp. I had to call customer service to get everything straightened out after talking to several other people.

MICHELE L.The location has multiple businesses run out of it and not enough personnel. I had to wait to check out the truck due to lunch orders needing to be filled. I understand priorities but really. Also, I was charged for a dolly and blankets but neither were in the truck. When I called to inform the pick up location, all I was told was to let the drop off location know. Not very helpful.

MARK F.Customer service is awful, the lady is more interested in her food business than the uhaul sevice, i had to wait for her to finish cooking her burger so she can take care of me, the the dolly she gave me was broken, she didn't know it was that way, so she exchanged it for a good one but never made tha trade, so i didn't get another receipt, and when i went to return it the couldn't find that dolly, and had to wait a ling time to drop off until they figure it out, plus i think the price is awfully high,

Cynthia J.Provided credit card upon pickup of small trailer on 7/19/19. Returned trailer within 24 hour allowance. Twelve days later received email for unpaid outstanding balance of 36.25 and that non payment would turned over to lawyers. Email also said it was for an 7/28/19 transaction which was also paid with credit card for a large enclosed trailer for 166.00. I'm really confused by now. I called my bank to find out that the 7/19 transaction was never charged because dealer lost my credit card information. Why didn't they call me for it?:U-haul has my customer profile information, instead I get a nasty mail. The worst of it is that I had to perform all of the investigative work and it was the U-Haul dealer negligence. I am not to fond of U-Haul at the moment.

James G.I rented a 6x12 trailer for 1 day with no insurance (because I needed it for a few hours for a short trip.) Was quoted $29.95 I returned the trailer the next day and notified the person. Today I noticed that I was billed for 3 days and $24 insurance. I need to be refunded ASAP for the extra 2 days and insurancve I opted out of.

Clyde C.I went there talked to one guy and was told mileage is only 49 cent a mile said to come back tomorrow Came back and was told by another person it was ready. Picked up the next day and was told I got 150 miles free on return was told that was wrong and had to pay per mile.

JOHN A.Unit was dirty and smelled. This location is not well equiped with computers or staff for fast service. I was very disappointed when we werr transferred to Tucker Town to pick up our trailer.We had rented there in the past and purposely avoided picking them after the fitst experience. Storage Max in Tyler TX on the other hand is excellent!

garry R.The original location you sent me to was a liquor store closed on Sunday's. Then I called and you scheduled me for a different location and assured me they were ready for me. Tucker Town was not aware I was coming but fortunately they had a trailer. Then you tried to have me return my trailer to a location about 5 hours from my destination. To wrap up this amazing experience, after calling AGAIN, you had me return to a accounting services office with hours of 9-5. At 10:15, there wasn't a person to be found.
