MOHAMAD AAC did not work in the vehicle I was given. Curious as to why I was given that particular vehicle when another of the same size was on the lot when I left and when I returned. Friendly folks though.

James JThe check engine light was on and I tried to reach them but had to leave a voicemail. He responded shortly after I left the message, thankfully. He told me that it has been checked out and it's fine. The A/C also didn't work. It was 80 degrees out when I picked up the truck, so it was pretty warm in there. It sounded like it was blowing, but nothing was coming out of the vents. Later, after driving it for a little it at least cooled down a little inside the truck, but nothing was coming out of the vents. I have a hard time driving with the window down due to my ears, but I was able to get by doing that. Other than that, things were ok.

Rebecca RBe sure you are in contact with a customer regarding pick up location. It cost me extra money AND Time to move locations after arriving to the original one along with extra miles and fuel and was never contacted. I was advised a phone call, text message and email was sent NONE of which I got so honestly believed that did not happen!! The gentleman was nice enough and he does have alot of U-Haul equipment but after flying in and taking an Uber to the original location, it was not pleasant to find I had to go some where else and cost me an extra 45 minutes for the packers and fuel.

CODY CI used the online option, but the manager of this location would not use the lockbox to leave the keys because "people have a hard time opening the box". WELL FIGURE OUT HOW TO FIX IT. When we arrived, we were told we would find the keys under the seat. It is a wonder no one had stolen it but it had a dead battery due to the extreme cold and a trailer was parked behind our truck, so it couldn't have been driven it out anyway. The manager was in contact with us via phone, but we had to wait an hour to get him out there since there was no one at the lot and he had to come in from Tulsa. He charged the battery and moved the trailer and we finally got our rental truck. He was a nice man, but it was a frustrating and COLD experience. I can understand not always being on site since business might be slow, but if you insist on having people use the online option, you can at least make sure that they can get the truck once they arrive.

Chris PMake sure the trucks are filled up to at least the minimum it's supposed to be at when returned. I had filled it to just above where it was when I picked it up and got charged for not filling it up to where it was supposed to be...when I picked it up! Ridiculous.

AARON TThe manager was great but the office wasn’t open. I never received any physical paperwork, I never got an opportunity to go over the rental truck and had to manually load the trailer as there was no one in the office upon my arrival. When I came to sign papers I was supposed to meet someone at the office between 4-5pm, I showed up at 4:30pm to find the office locked up. The manager was kind enough to do all my paperwork over the phone and extend me a day, which has proven to be needed. I just would have liked to meet someone in person and have a physical copy of my paperwork. I do like to have both digital and physical copies.

McKinley Ave, Sapulpa OK 74066 Agent very Helpful, bu used a walking cane, Mgr. Josh contact was phone calls and TXT Msg, very helpful. Was contacted Wednesday 10/18/23 7pm while on the ROAD, I told Josh, we were delayed 5 daze, Jose extended us till Sunday, arrived Sapulpa 10am Thursday, quick unload, drove to 1107 E. McKinley Ave., Sapulpa, OK 74066, backed into space Agent helped unhook trailer. sent ugly wheel picture to Jose also showing trailer trailer ID, :-) << happy face!!

BIL RThe person that assisted me saw that I were doing a local move and changed our reservation so that I would save money. They even provided a larger truck for just $10 more. I'm glad they did because I underestimated the size truck that was needed. Overall 5 stars! The only negative was the location wasn't easily identifiable. The only reason we knew it was the pickup location was becasue of all the U-Haul trucks outside. Great customer service!!!!

Suzanne BI wanted a 6 x 12 with ramp when I put in the reservation but they only had a 5 x 9 with ramp. When I arrived they had a 6 x 12 with ramp that came in early and the man saved it for me. Great customer service.

Jason RFirst off stop triple booking people since a person doesn’t know exactly how long it’s going to take to move things and you get cut off if you need another day to finish moving. I will not be renting from Uhaul ever again because of that bullshit. I will use Penske from now on there trucks aren’t ragged out and never break down.

Jordan PHours listed were open at 8:30 am, my reservation was at 9 am but no one was there until 9:15 am. Everything went great after he got there. No one there when I dropped trailer off, and the lot is long and narrow so it was difficult to maneuver trailer into a parking space, especially by myself. It's a convenient location, but next time will be easier to drive further and get better service.
