I waited over an hour for someone to show up my pick up time was for 930 I got there at 9 and the worker didn't get there till 10 which was past my pick up time. She then proceeded to have an attitude and over all I will never rent again if I have to use this location. The Wall Street location is excellent they just didn't have the trailer I needed.

The uhaul was not swept and still had trash inside and smelled like cigarettes. I am totally fine with this, but it’s just a note. The pickup was very easy. I only gave 4 stars because there weren’t any Dollies or locks to buy or rent. The locks on site did not fit the 15’ trailer. Other than that it was perfectly fine!

Trevon TDidn’t get either dolly or the furniture pads. The Austin Tx location where I dropped the U-Haul off was much better. Friendly and able to solve problems instead of create problems like turnkey. I even called before pick up during business hours knowing that I’d do the 24/7 pick up and they still couldn’t rent me a clean U-Haul or load the materials I reserved.

Shaheed AMoving blankets were canceled from my order without telling me. These were a top priority since I was moving furniture. I had to go to another location which used up mileage on the truck to get blankets. I don’t see how they just cancel that part of your reservation without telling you. Truck was dirty on the inside along with front window molding coming off. Wind noise coming from drivers side door. AC was off and on. I spoke with the person working and let them know of the issues and they said they will get it taken care of. Issues really are not their fault. I’ve rented a lot of uhaul in different states and places and unless they are an actual uhaul store, a lot of things get overlooked. Trucks are usually less maintained at a small local place.

They made the pick up and drop off process easy, explained everything on the paperwork, and they 2 women who assisted us were both very quick and knowledgeable. Renting again from this location!

Larry RExceptional service from the Office at this location. Readily accommodated special needs as they arose. On the vehicle, we had an issue with adjusting the passenger side mirrors, and the locking mechanism on the loading door was faulty, but I don't consider either worthy of down-marking the equipment which was clean and otherwise faultless.

She should've attended to us first, then made her calls. When I returned the keys, she just had me hand them to her through the door and dismissed me. She never smiled.

Audrey WThe woman at this location never stopped looking at her cell phone. She didn't even get off her chair to check in the truck while we were there. When I asked for a receipt her reply was " its going to have a zero balance so I didn't need one and one would be emailed to me". This location has zero customer service.

Troy KThis was our first time using your services and equipment. The female representative we dealt with was very rude. She didn't even left out key information that we had to find out later. She was annoyed with all our questions and even gave us a hard time with our inspection of the vehicle we rented. The other female representative also showed her annoyance when we asked for stickers for new damage we found to the vehicle during our initial inspection. She even shook her head in annoyance at one point and also said they wouldn't have enough stickers if they marked all the damage on the vehicle. So is it our fault if Turnkey Storage Midland Drive has an insufficient amount of stickers? Would their customers be responsible for damage due to them not wanting to mark everything?
Hosiro SGave us completely wrong information and had to drive to several different uhauls to drop off the truck. You also don’t get your deposit back until uhaul feels like it. I don’t think she actually knows what she’s doing.
