Well when I arrived there was a young man there that wasn't authorized to do contracts. He did help me hook up my trailer. I had to show him in my cellphone that I had a reservation and I completed it and showed him where I paid for the auto transport trailer. I asked where was the person running the location and he stated at home. The trailer had a broken strap on the right side and if I didn't use one of my straps I would have been transporting the car to GA with one tiedown. If I were stopped in route to GA or in Alabama, I could been cited for improper vehicle securement for hauling a vehicle less than 10,000 lbs with one tiedown which requires 2 working tiedowns. I took a picture of the broken strap as well. When I arrived at Blue Sky the lady Reshunda told me that she didn't even she where I picked up a trailer or any reservation for one. I showed her my reservation on my cellphone. She was very helpful and even called the actual drop off location on Wrens hwy. She spoke with that gentleman and he said he had no record of a drop off coming from Alabama.Bobby W.

I was asked to pay with a Cash App instead of a credit card. Since I had been waiting too long, I went ahead and did it because I was ready to get home. I had a 12 hour drive ahead of me..edward C.
Uhaul is a company that doesn't care about their customers at all, only the money!! Avoid Uhaul if you can!! Uhaul dealers are con artists!! They'll overcharge you.. Especially Rainsville, AL racist location!!BRUNTAVIUS W.
We had the most disappointing experience with this rental. Not only did the rental location get changed, unknowingly, but after driving a 1/2 hour to the new location (and causing us to miss a scheduled appointment), our rental was there. Uhaul processed payment. We went to the lockbox to obtain the key for the vehicle, and the lockbox was empty. I had to pay for the rental and there it sat all day. I could not leave with it because I had no key and there was no representative on site. I am completely dissatisfied and would absolutely NOT recommend this service to another.Nicole B.

Your customer service is the absolute worst. I rented a 5x8 trailer for my son. He was coming from Atlanta to Auburn, Alabama to pick it up, then move items to Decatur, Alabama. Your agent gave me the address to pick up the trailer (1301 Opelika Rd) which worked great (on the way from ATL). So then I get a call this morning telling me that the trailer is in Tuskegee, AL (20+ miles past where he is headed). Do you not have a computer that tells you when and where trailers are available? You might want to consider investing in software that would tell your incompetent representatives that a particular trailer IS/IS NOT available on a certain day. I talked to your Alabama manager, who is also completely incompetent, and she was no help. I asked her to transfer me to the national manager, which took me back to 800-GO-UHAUL, which was also useless. I WILL find other options available for the next time I need to move items. You should be embarrassed by this total lack of competency by your staff. Additional info: my son was at the pickup location in Tuskegee at 8:30 (opening time). Your agent showed up at 9:30 to open. I expect some sort of compensation for your total lack of customer care.will W.

Your website is totally misleading and needs to be updated pronto. My pick up location was switched and truck size to changed. I had to call the 800 number to get the right size truck at the Tuskegee location.Joan O.
Make sure the contract is printed out prior to picking up equipment instead of an email attachment so the out miles and in miles can be agreed on. My mileage for this rental is way off.Cecilia J.

The young man that assisted us with our rental was very friendly, respectful, and helpful. In fact, since we declined the Uhaul insurance, he suggested that we take pictures of the trailer we were renting to avoid any issues when returning it in Denver.david Q.
The U-Haul rental person was friendly, and helpful, but at first he didn't understand what we were trying to do, and why we were doing it that way. The building was kind of old and run down, but was fairly clean. I suggest developing a better way for swapping drivers, and towing vehicles on a single move.John B.
1) POOR customer service and readiness for my pickup. 2) POOR equipment checkup, FAILED to delivery broken 15ft Van to my rental, and FAILED on status of correct GAS level at the time p/u 3) VAN windshield wiper does NOT function during rain weather as well VAN leak ceiling from driver cabin & cargo cabin. 4) This location is definitely qualify as uhaul dealer

The gentleman that works there is soo nice. Best Customer Service EVER! Give him a raise and the recognition he deserves! I'm so bad w/ names but he was there only person working there!!!! After being told that I had to drive 30 minutes away from my current Uhaul location to collect my truck and equipment, we arrived at a body shop where I was told it would be a 10-15 minute wait while he finished deatiling a car. An hour and fifteen minutes later we were finally helped and not given the equipment we reserved while being rushed out the door the second my card was processed. It was completely unprofessional and I'll be skeptical about using any Uhaul services in the future.Serenity M.
