The truck performed well with no issues. I'd like to see U-Haul have weekly and monthly rates. Also, I was unable to rent the truck for more than a two-day period using the website. I was making a 300-mile trip, then returning home with an empty truck, another 300 miles, and needed three-days.

william fThe location was closed on Sunday but that wasn’t apparent when I booked the reservation. A confusing email was sent to me by this location indicating an update, reservation for 10’ Van when I rented a 10’ box truck. This caused stress on my end thinking I wouldn’t have what I needed for the move. The location didn’t return my call or email. The remote pick up process was confusing and circular requiring a phone call to the central 24/7 number. I was then connected to another department where I was on hold for 15 minutes before hanging up. I’ll go back to renting from the Manheim Pike location where there is a human being every day. Never any problems at the Manheim Pike U-Haul.

Charles SNo one was on site when I picked up the truck at 4:30pm. This location's office hours are 9-5. After having to Google UHaul, I got a CSR on the phone that walked me through online payment and code for the key box. The truck was missing a gas cap and I had to fill the radiator with 2 gallons of antifreeze!!! This was a terrible experience!!! And I would NOT recommend this location to anyone!!!

Tom SI did not choose this location and had to drive further for this rental than planned. I was not planning on driving a Uhaul through the city and that is why I did NOT choose this location. When I called to inquire about this the representative quickly tried to talk me out of the rental saying that they had a busy day. I informed them that I was moving my son and needed the rental but was not planning on driving through the city and adding time and distance to our move. When we got the truck the owners said there was a 1/4 tank. Because of the extra distance that I needed from this location, I had to stop and get gas in the truck before my move was completed. Also, the check engine light was on and the owner said, "they will take care of that when you return it...you don't need to worry, the engine won't blow up".

Mark MIt was a very disappointing experience to be traveling across country with a newborn. Just to have my u haul break down in the middle of the desert Due to a lack of maintenance. The vehicle itself was not in good condition The doors did not seal when closed. The windows did not seal when closed the vehicle was out of alignment and pulled to the Left And ultimately blew up in the middle of the desert. Mechanic advised problem due to lack of maintenance.

OWEN LI reserved 2 bags of 6 each of the furniture blankets. I ended up not using them as I was working alone and not able to wrangle large furniture by myself. The blankets were unused and the bags were unopened. In spite if that they wouldn't remove the charge from the bill. Not sure how anyone could conscientiously do that to a customer. Will not use the location again.

Michelle DThe truck we used was junk it got the job done but it shakes so bad and when you hit the brakes the emergency brake light would come and it would tell you don’t move until you release it and I asked if I could drop the truck at a different location instead of driving 45 minutes and was told no that it was his truck and it belonged at his place only. But we got it done with your truck and we thank you for having it available for us thank you
