I think I was overcharged for the WSP4 RV wiring for $10. It looks like the CMF56281 harness has the trailer plug already connected.

Issue of My Billing and what I understood Express checkout to mean. I reserved the service ($19.95 pick-up) w/ NO CDW. Also opted for Express Checkout. Checkout amounted to me doing all the documentation myself w photos of me, F'B of DL, reference for emplyment, etc. then I go the vehicle to find out that I have to go inside to sign and answers a few question to get the keys - that's not how the car rentals define "express". Lastly, somewhere between my online reservation and the check - the CDW was added back in - my quick math on the estimate w/ tax, enviro fee and mileage didn't catch the $10 that I turned down on line - used a CostCo card which covers me. Staff and vehicle was great.

I didn’t get the person name that helped us. He was fast and efficient with no hassle. I thought I was able to drop the truck back in time like I thought I would but he informed me that I was able to dropped it off over night so it took a lot of stress of my shoulder with all the moving already.

I checked in on my UHaul App but still had to go inside and stand in line to get my key anyway. The key should of been in the box outside. Why do they offer this feature if I still had to go through this dog & pony show?

The only thing that would have made this experience better is if someone from the location did the project for me. Since you are not in that business, this experience was as good as it gets.

The associate that I met, Maria Limon, was very rude and unhelpful. I needed help since the online reservation wasn’t working and at first she helped me but when it wouldn’t go through twice she said call customer service. I said that wasn’t an acceptable solution and she should help me and she said no. I said then I want to talk to your manager. She said okay and then went inside and locked the door. I started to call customer service and I was on hold for about 5 min. I knocked on the door and asked if she called her manager and she said no she was busy closing the store. I said that wasn’t good customer service and she said yes it is. She said she would call the manager and then locked the door. I was on hold with customer service another 10-15 and then I knocked on the door again 3 times about 1-2 min apart. No one came to the door. I could see her and another employee through the glass. Customer service finally answered and a few minutes later the lights turned off in the center and both her and another employee walked out to leave. As she exited I asked her if she called her manager and she said yes he said that how she handled it was appropriate and she kept walking. I asked her name and she gave it to me to give to the customer service rep. And then left. I arrived at 7 and it was 7:30 at this time. She did not offer to help me even though it had now been 30 plus minutes. I had asked to speak to the manager and she did not allow me to do that either. I was very frustrated and I have never been treated anything but kindly at this center prior to this experience.

The check-in process after business hours was very frustrating and it took almost an hour. Lighting at the location is very poor. I will look at other alternatives in the future, and will definitely ask about the check-in process before making a decision.

My only complaint would be that the truck I rented was uncomfortable to drive (meaning it bounced a lot and did *not* have a soft ride). Guess I'm too used to my passenger vehicle!

At both pick up locations, Tully and Curtner, the staff was helpful, friendly and efficient. The one way 15' truck ran well. I was able to determine the amount of fuel to use based upon the miles per gallon and distance driven. As such, I delivered the truck with the correct amount remaining. It would be really nice if the windshield was cleaned before customer pick up.

Understandably, the staff is rushing to take care of all the customers. They didn't have time to provide full customer service as I would prefer. It was a rush, rush, rush kind of a service. Again, it was understandable. My suggestion is for automation. The work that was done over the counter seems pretty straight forward and can be done online by the customer at the convenience of their home.

The one recommendation is with respect to the app. I had used it a little over a month ago and expected the information to be maintained so I wouldn't have to re-upload drivers license and have my references called again. Ended up just going into the office and waiting in line. Again, the staff was great and helped me out.

Maria was extremely rude. I will not be going to this location and will make sure to tell others to stay away. Her customer service needs a lot of work. She wouldn't take my credit card because it had my wife's name on it and my wife was the one who called in the reservation. I understand that may be company policy however after giving her a credit card with my name it, she threw it back it me when she was done processing it. I've never had my card thrown back at me before by a customer service person before.

No recommendations. Everything was great from start to finish. 1) Got the right size trailer to fit my needs. 2) Got rental ball hitch to fit into my rear receiver hitch. 3) Got the adapter to plug into my electrical socket to the lights on the trailer worked perfectly. 4) Got the right size tarp to cover the trailer. 5) Got the rope to tie down the tarp. 6) I was able call and let them know I needed the trailer for a second day. 7) Check in was fast and seamless when I returned the trailer. It didn't take any longer than 5 minutes. I'd recommend this U-Haul agnecy in a heart beat. Thanks for the great service and prices.

THREE TIMES i got hung up on. THIS WAS NOT MY CHOICE OF LOCATION.. the 1st call I got started all the bull shit i had to go through AND i was charged for 2 days when i was finished the SAME DAY as my rental.. STOP posting on the card readers that the location a person chooses WILL HAVE what they ask for. Someone needs to organize a system for a driver to pick up THE RESERVED TRUCK and TAKE IT to the location in which it was 1st requested. The ATTITUDE that I got over the phone was COMPLETELY snide, disrespectful and a HORRIBLE representaion of the company. What ever stupid bitches that hung up on me need to NOT act out for working on a saturday. Livid is an understatement. The LAST representative i spoke with was professional.

attitude poor, no customer service skills, dirty truck, windshield wipers needed replacing, got it with a chip in the windshield. the truck was so dirty I didn't notice it until returning in oregon. I won't rent here again...ever!

The truck had a problem with the vapor lock, making filling it with gas take an EXTREMELY long time. The pump would "click" as if the tank was full every few seconds while filling.

It was incredibly challenging and frustrating to communicate with Uhaul. Most of the time, the staff was unhelpful. They would defer frequently to the delivery drivers, who were super friendly and helpful, but not easily available via phone as they were driving around all day. Overall, I will seriously be considering whether or not I will use Uhaul again in the future or opt for another company with better customer service.

Clean, fast and efficient. I was checked out in 5 minutes from the time I got there. I left the yard in 10 minutes. Never before have I seen such h efficient service from a uhaul location. What a joy.

I chose to use the app on my phone because everything said it would be quicker. There was nobody in the rental office when I got there but I stood and did the app which took WAY TOO LONG. I could have talked to the guy at the counter in less time. Then when I finally got my truck, the extras that I had paid for were not in the truck. By that time, there was a very long line and the counter guy said that I had to wait. What?? I was first and trying to use YOUR app! Fortunately, another counter guy helped me (after I stood there for 5 minutes) and I could leave. Thank goodness I got there 30 minutes early (8:30 for my 9:00 pickup) or my moving helpers would have been standing around waiting for me. When I did the return, same issue. I was slogging through the app process and the gal checking me in said that she would do it on her end because it was quicker! What?? That does not make any sense! I also thought I read everything I was supposed to and I did not see anywhere, anything about gas consumption. I had no idea whether to bring the truck back with gas. However, when I get the truck and it has 3/4 of a tank, how am I supposed to get it back to 3/4 of a tank? Shouldn't everyone have to fill it back up? I only used about 2 gallons (short distance move) and to put two gallons in and then check the gas gauge to make sure I did not put too little in seems like a way to get your customers to give you free gas. The chances that I fill it up farther than the 3/4 mark is very high so U-Haul just would get free gas. If everyone fills it back up then we all have to just fill it back up. Seems fairer to me. Anyway, since I started with a short tank, I thought maybe I didn't have to fill it for 2 gallons but found out that I was charged $5.99 for each gallon. Once again, seems like a rip off to me! It was a frustrating experience to say the least.

I had a problem with the equipment, rear cargo door failed to latch. Had to wait 2 hours for roadside assistance. I suggest that you encourage customers picking up equipment to try all the doors and make sure they operate properly. But I do like the service at this location, and recommend it to anyone who wants to rent a truck.

Only problem was that the box was bolted shut, and no one told beforehand that we should bring a wrench to open it. That slowed our progress slightly as we were unloading.
