The building and property is extremely trashy. Also it’s super weird that you take pictures of licenses with a cell phone to “upload to the contract”. The employee was fine, and was polite etc. and the truck I rented was also fine. I would never in my right mind use the location for storage.

Brandon was rude, during checkout he didn’t even explain my charges in regards to my gas mileage . I literally had the truck for less than 2 1/2 hours. He was on the phone and just handed me the receipt without any explanation of prices. I had to ask him why I was being charged 17.50 when I brought the truck back the same way I received the gas tank. ( ALMOST ON EMPTY). He acted as if he was annoyed and was very sarcastic! Hopefully Brandon can receive some training in customer service Etiquette !! I also believe if I was a man he would have responded differently, and would of told me in advance before the receipt was printed, that I will be charged for gas.

We needed a 16 foot plus truck. Was told they had a 15 or 17. I said 17 or the next size up 20 foot. My driver picked up truck and it was a 15 foot. Had to deliver a 8k shuffleboard with 2 feet hanging out the back of truck. Did not have time to go back and switch truck since we told customer time window and we do what we say. Ps. Had the conversation about size with 2 different people and they still messed it up. Very disappointing.

Be truthful about your prices WHEN INQUIRED UPON. Purposely Withholding pricing information from your customers and then charging them is not ethical. Customer Service was not helpful. I felt robbed.

there's never anyone there, not at the times of booking when I'm told to get or deliver some equiuptment, this new "share" option has a lot of bugs and expects a lot on the end user, luckily this is not my 1st time doing this, but every time I have -there's other customers struggling with me or further along then my own struggling, so human nature we help others to match our level of finishing the business transaction, as though we are paid to do so? Either the facility needs to be more mobile app friendly or there's got to be an employee present! can't be deficient in both!

I moved in no problems but a month later I moved out and they changed me for a month I didn’t stay there I called the central office n no one has contacted me yet I’m very disappointed with UHaul

The office smells like a dirty ash tray. You may want to somehow get rid of the cigarette smoke smell. Other than that excellent experience with employees and vehicle.

The truck was in poor overall condition. It was dirty inside and out. The inside of the windshield was so dirty it was very difficult to drive at night. The headlights were aimed down, had to drive 300 miles with the high beams on.

I was reading through the reviews and sad to say my experience with this U-Haul has been awful. I reserved my truck online. When I went to pick up my truck, they urged me to use the online system which I did. No one knew where the keys to the truck were as it did not tell me while registering on my phone. Finally, an employee did help to find the keys. When I returned the truck approximately 1-2 hours later, the office was closed. I had to use my phone to return the truck which requires you take multiple pictures, enter the odometer and gas levels, etc. That is all fine, however once I went to submit it, it said my total was $312. I did not submit this due to the incorrect price. I called 1-800-go-uhaul and the customer service rep assured me that I would not be charged and he would document when I brought the truck back in the computer system. He said they would call me first thing in the morning before charging my card on file. Well, no one called. My card was charged $61 which is incorrect. So, I call again. The person at the store tells me that I was charged $120 but he doesn't know why. He will have someone call me. Since I know they never return my call, I ask to speak to a manager. No manager is around until Thursday. I ask for the number to call Corporate which again, he doesn't know. I called for a 3rd time today and the lady has submitted a form to dispute the charges for me. Yet again, she assures me someone will call me. I have now called and complained at least 4 times. No one has helped, no one documents anything in the computer, and no one ever knows any answers to literally anything I ask. It is extremely frustrating to me that I am charged with no explanation and no return call to refund my money. I will never go here again. If I go to another U-Haul, I will definitely not use the online pick up/drop off as it is extremely inefficient and inaccurate. Really disappointed.

When I reserve a trailer several months in advance at a specific location, I expect my trailer to be there. You making me chase down a trailer literally the day before I’m leaving is unacceptable! Plus now I have to do the same thing in an unfamiliar area for the trip home. So I have to stress during my trip wondering where I’m gonna have to go to get my trailer. This will be the last time I rent a car trailer from U-haul.

The main cab had large cardboard piece(s). The representative (at the time I checked-in) could have been more helpful in locating the vehicle. The response was better at other Burlington location. The in-person check-out was satisfactory.

I filled up the gas and I brought it back exactly where it was 1/4 still I was charge for a gallons and a charge of $24 I had filled up gas prior to just returning it right down the street

The original location got changed, then the drop off location I was given in Tampa was not correct. They told me they had no room for the trailer. Then the guy at the drop off was like we can’t accept it. So I had to drive into down town Tampa to drop off the trailer . I will never ever use uahul again

My property was damaged. It was covered in mold and completely covered in dust and spiders like it was stored in a shed in someone's back yard. I was told it happens and wasn't offered insurance day 1
